Unfortunately, our stay at this home, which was brand new and very nice was overshadowed by terrible construction sounds from the lot next-door during our entire stay. I specifically asked if the property was ready and whether the beach was fully developed, etc. I was told that everything would be complete by the time we stayed there. This was definitely not the case. We could only enjoy the beach on the final day after the bulldozers were done, moving all the sand around. The construction workers had no respect for tenants and played their music so loud that we could hear it inside our home with the windows and doors closed, along with the drills, saws, etc. This was on top of the horrible road noise that we were also not expecting.Having managed properties myself, I’m astounded at the lack of disclosure when we paid a significant amount in rent for the week. The other major disappointment was that the house was not properly equipped with basic supplies such as tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, etc. We had to make multiple trips to the store, even after contacting property management because they only delivered one roll of paper towels and a single roll of toilet paper per bathroom when we had nine guests for an entire week. We could’ve stayed at a luxury resort for this price and had all the amenities provided. I trust that this will be a better rental when there have been more tenants, the house is better stocked and the construction is done, but I still would
