Family Vacation

Probably the best place that I have stayed in. Very over the top maintained and a hot skip and a jump to the ocean with the best fishing and snorkeling. We already inquired to reserve for next year.

This home was perfect for our family. Great outdoor spaces. Beautiful pool. Well equipped kitchen and large bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved having the large dock and kayaks. Would definitely come back again!

Perfect spot

The property is even better than the pictures. We had a group of 7 and had lots of room. The place is decorated beautifully. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was heated and really nice. Check in went smoothly. The area was perfect. We walked over to Sombrero Beach almost every day. Would highly recommend!

A picture perfect week!

We could not have asked for anything more. The house was amazing and the amenities were perfect for our family. If there was just a way to make the sargassum go away. My Grandson brought his boat down and even that was a breeze getting in and out. A family could stay busy for a week without leaving the house.

Best in Town

We just returned from spending 7 days at this house and it was absolutely spectacular. There is not one thing that was disappointing and the house and outdoor area is simply stunning. The pictures do not do it justice at all. Highly recommend!

Marathon Getaway

Fantastic property. Loved the outdoors. Two king bedrooms downstairs with a twin room. Two king bedrooms upstairs with a queen room. All with private en-suite bathrooms. Literally less than 2 minutes from Publix. Easy check-in. Only thing some of the guests wished for was more water pressure in some of the showers.

Excellent property! No detail left unattended.

We routinely stay at VRBOs and this was one of the very best. The level of care and attention by this owner shown through in everything from the beautifully decorated home to the meticulously stocked kitchens, including a pressure cooker, smoker, and 2 double refrigerators. Plenty of comfortable seating

Amazing accommodations!

This place was a showstopper, it housed our 7 adults very comfortably. It’s very nice, the outdoor space is immaculate and relaxing. It feels like you’re at a 5 star resort. The whole house is well appointed, extremely clean and makes it hard to want to leave. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place, it’s one of the nicest rentals in Marathon.

Fantastic Stay

House is everything advertised and very clean. Enjoyed pool and all outside amenities. Beautiful decor and layout. Outdoor kitchen and grill are great. Our only issue was slipping and falling on the pool deck stone which is slippery when wet. Definitely a place to return to!

This house was amazing for our family of 8 adults and 6 kids from ages 20 months to 12 years old. In person was even better than the pictures and the pictures were beautiful! The house was equipped with everything we needed. All the appliances big and little, inside and out were great! We couldn't believe all of the dishes and utensils for inside the house as well as all of the great upscale dishes and utensils for eating outside! Besides the grill, smoker and outdoor gas stove on the patio there was even an ice machine! The pool was great for the little ones to play on the large built in shelf with the umbrella shade for them! The house was decorated so beautiful! We took extra Paper towels, TP, dish and clothes detergent, garbage bags with us as we always do when we go to a VRBO home! We rented two boats while we were there and we were able to go down the canal very carefully as it was shallow but had no issues as we tied up to the dock. It was very close to the beach but unfortunately the seaweed was everywhere and smelled bad so we couldn't go there. We would definitely rent this house again!!

Great property

Great property. Very clean and well appointed. Clearly, the owners took the time to think about every little detail. There is nothing missing, the beds are comfortable, and it is a great location close to shopping. The channel coming in is a bit tricky. I’d say high tide at the dock is 3 feet low tide 1 foot, But I had my Captain pick me up several mornings at high tide, which was very convenient. Will definitely stay here again.

We could not have been happier with this rental. It is more than you could imagine. Everything about it was exceptional. Every room is beautiful but the outdoor area won our hearts. The outdoor kitchen, grill area and pool / Hot tub was the best. I just can’t say enough about it. Loved every minute!!

Best Vacation Home Ever!

Where do I start? This house is brand new and it shows! Extremely clean and very nicely decorated! We all had our own rooms with smart tvs, with our private bathrooms (no need to share which was awesome) the rooms are all extremely spacious! The main kitchen is very well equipped, we had everything to make breakfast for 12ppl every morning! The outside is great! We spent most nights enjoying the pool and jacuzzi! The billiards table is always a plus! We rented a boat, that was delivered to the dock, we were able to do some great fishing in the early mornings, enjoy the close beach (I believe less then a mile away) during the day and just come and hang out by the pool in the evening! There are many restaurants and supermarkets close to the property which was also great! Host is also very responsive, we had some questions during our stay and she always took care of our needs very fast!

Best bang for your buck! Without a doubt!

This place was incredible! As soon as you walk in you can feel the start of what will be unforgettable memories and great times. With enough space to fit the largest of groups, the feel of luxury, and amenities galore, nothing beats this place for the price. It comes equipped with two kitchens (indoor & outdoor), a bbq, an outdoor TV, a billiards table, the pool and jacuzzi combo, balcony areas to hang out in, and access to the dock if you wish to bring or rent a boat. It is located right on the very street where the famous Fourth of July parade goes through, which truly a sight to see and a great experience for all ages should you choose to book it for that holiday. There are beaches nearby, as well as restaurants & stores for food and supplies. The host was extremely responsive, friendly, and gave many great tips and recommendations. I highly recommend giving this giving this place a shot together your friends or family. You won’t regret it! In fact, I’m certain you will be coming back like I am, soon and often. Thank me later!

Loved Our Stay Here!

Stayed with our family of 10 over spring break. Upon arrival, the house was very clean with a nice beachy décor. The location was great – Publix, Winn-Dixie, and Walgreens all within a couple miles. Both kitchens were well equipped for us all. Plenty of dishes, silverware, and utensils inside and outside. We used a lot of the outside glasses and dishes because they were plastic. There are some spices in a cabinet, but no salt. I also would have liked to have had a supply of foil, plastic wrap, leftover containers, etc. Dish soap is provided in a sink dispenser, but bring your own dishwasher and laundry pods and extra kitchen garbage bags as they are not provided. The motion sensor lights going up the staircase was very helpful in preventing falls.We LOVED the outside areas. The dock and fish cleaning station were great for the family members that fished (with frozen shrimp for bait). The kayaks were used a lot too. A family member commented that there were no kid-sized life vests. We used the outside fridge for our adult beverages and also used the extra ice maker near the grill. The pool was wonderful. A large spa and pool water was heated to 84-86 degrees. The outside bathroom was great. Didn’t have to walk with wet swimsuits into the house. There were plenty of pool towels that we found our

Fabulous Home in Marathon!

We just had a fabulous week at his beautiful property in Marathon. The home is spacious and well-designed, with 6 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. It was the perfect place for a reunion of 11 old college friends. It was immaculately clean on arrival, and there were plenty of plush towels...including an adequate supply of beach towels We have stayed in many VRBO properties, but we have never stayed in one as well-equipped. There were two of everything in the kitchen spaces (there is a great outdoor kitchen with a separate refrigerator/freezer which came in very handy). We've never seen so many appliances, and all top of the line. The outdoor area is terrific -- plenty of room to gather and dine, and a pool/jacuzzi equipped with noodles and other gear. There is a terrific grill -- and an ice machine that ensured we would never run out. The location is terrific -- a mile from the closest grocery store and a short walk to a nice park and beach. We never took advantage of the kayak and pool table -- maybe next time! By the way, we had an issue with the television in the main living area, and the owner responded immediately and sent someone to fix it -- on a Sunday! I highly recommend this property!
