Nice, very clean property. Host met our needs and responded very promptly. We were there during the extended heat bubble and the host responded quickly to our requests to lower the temp in the house. Being close to our family was also important. Overall, we will consider this property on our next visit to Wendell.

Well maintained home, very clean and comfortable. We will stay again. The driveway is steep but we were forewarned. It would be nice if neighbors across the street didn’t park on their side right in front of driveway. It makes backing out a little tricky.

I chose this neighborhood for its peaceful charm and the beautiful view of a quiet pond that sometimes welcomes ducks. This was the first home I ever owned, and it holds special memories—I raised my three boys here. I love that the homes aren’t too close together, giving a sense of space and privacy, while still being part of a family-oriented community.

What makes my property unique is its cheerful yellow exterior with blue shutters, set on an elevated lot that gives it a beautiful presence in the neighborhood. The wraparound porch is one of the few like it in the area, offering a perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings and pond view.
