This river retreat is luxury at its finest with its 3 large bedrooms and 3 large bathrooms. Enjoy some amazingly gorgeous views from the deck, a fully stocked kitchen with everything you might need, a large tub inside and a hot tub outside. There is plenty to do with your own private dock, fishing poles, swimming/beach area, kayaks, and a fire pit. Bring the whole family to this fantastic river retreat right on the Suwannee river. Enjoy the great outdoors on vacation in style!

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all USED sheets, pillowcases, duvets, and throw blankets in the washer. Clean grill and utensils if used. Guests will be charged extra if cleaning crew has to clean it
If you noticed something you really liked and/or something we could have done better please leave us a personal note as well.
Make sure all outdoor games, furniture, bikes and kayaks are put away if used. Please lock the door and let Phoebe know once you have left.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours between 10pm to 8am (Check the welcome book with all the rules
No smoking EXCEPT for in the designated smoking area or by the firepit
Fishing off the dock is allowed as long as you have a Florida Fishing license. $200 cleaning fee for hot tub if excessive dirt/sand

I like pina coladas and singing in the rain! But in all seriousness I enjoy the river and feel like it is a home away from home. I wanted property that captured the peace I get from going out on the water and share it with everyone else.

Why they chose this property

Everything is just so peaceful out here, nothing to worry about and no things that you must do. It has all the activities to keep you busy but to also be able to relax. I love the small beach to be able to just sit and enjoy.

What makes this property unique

We have a private dock, making huge upgrades which will include games and such but also a private beach.
