Good. Location

Nice place, needs some TLC. Replacing toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap was a little ridiculous. I have never stayed anyplace that does that.

Review of Archipelago I AND Compass realty

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived after business hours and had some difficulty getting the keys - seems like the booking agent didn't communicate to balance of office, so there was confusion on Compass's behalf. The property was clean but has signs of lack of maintenance. The second bedroom TV was non-functional and we called Compass for maintenance; they sent a Tech out, but never resolved the problem during our 2 week stay. Master shower light is burned out and toilet runs (unless you giggle the handle every time) and the dishwasher only wants to "rinse" and not clean per the selections available. Property is convenient to the small pool, but parking is a little far away and tight. I communicated the property deficiencies with Compass's office and was met with indifference. Property was good, Property Manager was poor.

We loved our stay at Archipelago 1. It was in such a convenient location. The Truman annex is so beautiful. The condo was so clean and equipped with everything we needed. Will use Compass Realty again they were very friendly.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a perfect location to everything. out your back door is a beautiful pool to enjoy. I would say the condo looked very nice and clean on arrival. Unfortunately, the place needs a little TLC. The back door doesn't close completely and does not lock. The back and front porch floors are so dirty. The back fence gate is in need of repairs along as the front porch railing is so loose. We had to call for the air conditioning while we were there. Not sure if the owner knows about the state of repairs or if it is the renting agency? I went to the agency asking about another hair dryer and they told me if I wanted another one I could go buy a cheap one while I was there.

There was a handy gas grill, and the back deck is right across from the pool. We did end up buying a sharp knife because the unit's knives were quite dull due to use on a glass cutting board. Plenty of linens, towels, etc. Would stay again.

The unit did not have the bedding we needed - despite asking ahead of time and it was difficult to get a response and what we needed. Overall we enjoyed the unit - however there are maintenance issues that need resolving. The upper level deck is sagging and the patio was in need of repairs. There was a missing doorknob in the bathroom and they didn't come to fix it all week - despite saying they would. Again, overall we enjoyed our stay but would have appreciated more responsiveness.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice location and clean but the unit needs some repairs, etc. The tub/shower bathroom drained very slow and that caused delays in taking showers. The kitchen table had a cracked top glass when we arrived and was a safety issue when dining at the table. Some of blinds are broken and need replaced. The shower door on the tub/shower wouldn't close but Compass did send someone to try to fix it. Outside landscaping could also use some grooming or updating.

Key West II

We were trying to re-create a favorite vacation with our now grown daughters to Key West. It couldn’t have been better! Archipelago I did not disappoint-everything was as advertised and the location was within walking distance to all of the local attractions. The fact that our unit was just steps from the pool was a wonderful bonus!

We love it.

We arrived after four o’clock and could not find the address and gate was closed. We have to drive around to get the keys. The TV in one of the bedrooms was not working. But for us was perfect we do not used Tv in the rooms

Great location!

Great location, LOVED the Sandbar Sports Grill, we were there for the Stanley cup and NBA finals since the TVs in this house didn't work. Other than the TVs not working, it was great!
