Great Pacific Beach Townhouse on Riviera Drive with unobstructed views of Sail Bay and Pacific ocean and directly ( 90 second walk) across the street from beach, boardwalk, volleyball, and Sail Bay. Stroll the boardwalk to children's park, Catamaran Resort, Mission Bay Aquatic Center (kayak & paddleboards), and ocean. Easy access to highway and shopping. All the amenities of Beach life in a residential neighborhood, beautiful views, a large master bedroom deck, and two parking spaces

This townhouse is part of a 3 unit property. It has 2 floors and 3 bedrooms. It has been updated periodically while still maintaining the beach house feeling.

The large living room has a view that is hard to beat and even harder to have in the relatively flat area of Crown Point.

My guests will be able to enjoy the entire townhouse all to themselves. That includes the balcony off the living room and the 120 sq ft. Roof top deck. All private just for you and your group!

Please, note. The garage is not available for guest use. However, there is private driveway parking for 2 cars.

My home is intended to provide an unbeatable relaxing beach atmosphere. This does not include parties of any type. My goal is to open the home up to families and small groups traveling to San Diego looking to experience all our great city has to offer.
