Location was awesome, easy to walk to downtown Breckenridge and to trail heads. The place was true to the listing. Clean and worked perfectly for a family of 4.

Fabulously clean, convenient and cozy place which made our already epic adventure even better. The hot tub and sauna were *key* after skiing and we will most definitely return next ski season. If I could give 6 stars to this I would!

Did not use hot tub but it had easy access and looked nice. Should disclose that there are stairs that you have to carry luggage up. Great place. Would stay again!

Great place and incredible location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Having been able to visit Breckenridge several times, this was one of our favorite places to stay. The location is super convenient for an easy walk to just about anything you need. Perfect location to be on the slopes just steps out the back door. The staff was super helpful making sure we had everything we needed and that we were happy with the place. We would definitely stay here again.

My family enjoyed the penthouse condo. The location was amazing and a quick walk to Main Street. It was the perfect place for our family of four with the most beautiful mountain views. We look forward to coming and staying again in the future.

Communication was absolutely great from the initial booking and throughout our rental. The condo was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the essentials we needed including extra towels which was nice with the hot tub & sauna etc.Highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to book with Summit Rentals again!
