Step outside and you're practically on the slopes—just next to Beaver Run and The Village base area. In winter, hop on your skis and glide straight from the building to the lift. In the warmer months, explore nearby hiking trails or stroll to downtown Breckenridge, only a five-minute walk away. You'll also find shops, restaurants, ski rentals, and après-ski favorites within easy reach, making this an unbeatable location no matter the season.

Inside, the condo sleeps up to eight guests and features a bright, open-concept living area with a gas fireplace, sleeper sofa, and private patio that overlooks the ski runs. Fabulously clean, convenient and cozy place which made our already epic adventure even better. The hot tub and sauna were *key* after skiing and we will most definitely return next ski season. If I could give 6 stars to this I would!

Did not use hot tub but it had easy access and looked nice. Should disclose that there are stairs that you have to carry luggage up. Great place. Would stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Having been able to visit Breckenridge several times, this was one of our favorite places to stay. The location is super convenient for an easy walk to just about anything you need. Perfect location to be on the slopes just steps out the back door. The staff was super helpful making sure we had everything we needed and that we were happy with the place. We would definitely stay here again.
