Our stay was excellent. The house is in a beautiful location and everything inside is new and freshly renovated. The house is well appointed and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host communicated well and was very accommodating. We truly enjoyed our week staying in this house on Manasota Key.

Very clean! Beautiful view of the ocean but some heavy equipment moved in and made somewhat of an eyesore. But still beautiful view. Very close to the beach. We absolutely loved the condo! My only complaint is I wish they provided more trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. Would recommend getting the upstairs condo. You can hear stomping above you in the lower unit, especially if little kids. Lover having our own washer/dryer!!

We do want to address the construction equipment you noticed. The activity across the street is the rebuilding of a property that was damaged during the 2024 hurricane season — something that is completely outside of our control and a reminder of the community's resilience in recovering from that difficult time. We're sorry it impacted the view during your stay. Regarding the supplies — we do provide all guests with a full amenity kit for both the kitchen and bathroom as a starter pack on arrival, including dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. We're sorry if the quantities didn't stretch as far as you needed during your stay and we'll look at reviewing the amounts we provide to make sure guests are fully covered throughout their visit. And great tip on the upstairs condo for anyone reading — thank you for sharing that! We hope to welcome you back to the Gulf Coast very soon! 🌊☀️ Warm regards, Gulf Coast Vacations
