Guests have access to shared common areas, including a fully equipped kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, unlimited filtered water, washer and dryer, and an outdoor patio with a Weber propane grill.
The property is ideally situated just minutes from premier dining, shopping, hiking trails, and golf courses. The home is five minutes from the newly renovated Paradise Valley Mall, ten minutes from Scottsdale Kierland, and approximately fifteen minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
The private suite features a new Nectar queen-size memory foam mattress, a dedicated workspace, a Samsung 55” Smart TV with Amazon Fire Stick, and a walk-in closet. The attached private bathroom is fully stocked for guest use. The home is equipped with softened, chlorine-free water and whole-house air filtration throughout.
The residence is shared with two indoor/outdoor cats, Sly and Spanky. They are very shy, and guests typically do not encounter them.
The owner travels frequently; when away, a trusted friend will periodically visit the property to check on the cats.
Self check-in is available via secure keyless entry. Access instructions and Wi-Fi information will be provided prior to arrival.
