Cottage moderno in una grande posizione di Leland

La nostra casa di recente costruzione si trova nel villaggio di Leland, a un isolato dall'accesso pubblico del lago Leelanau di Fourth Street, a pochi passi da negozi, ristoranti, porto di Leland e Fishtown.

Siamo in grado di goderci la nostra casa solo per circa 6 settimane all'anno, quindi la stiamo mettendo a disposizione di affittuari responsabili che si prenderanno cura di noi come vorremmo.

La nostra casa dispone di 3 camere da letto con un letto matrimoniale in ogni camera e un soppalco con 2 letti queen-size incorporati (vedi foto della planimetria). Ci sono 3 bagni completi (uno per ogni piano). Il cottage ha un portico avvolgente, mobili da giardino, una griglia a gas e un pozzo del fuoco all'aperto. Altre caratteristiche includono una lavatrice / asciugatrice, HDTV, sistema audio con connessioni per il lettore musicale, illuminazione integrata, pavimenti in legno, bagni piastrellati e una cucina completa.

We are long time VRBO users and this was the best rental we ever experienced. It was perfectly designed and had all of the things we usually find lacking in other rentals - clear instructions, hooks everywhere, well supplied, comfortable furniture, and labeled drawers and shelves. The floorplan was perfect for 10 adults. It was spacious and there was no skrimping on the materials used in its construction. Plenty of parking for 4 vehicles.We couldn't have been more pleased with a rental property! We hope to get it again next fall!

Might be the best place for a family group to stay in the Leelanau. Interesting little town and great beach are an easy walk away. The house is very well suited for a group our size (7) or even larger. It also passed our ultimate bathroom test -- which never happens: enough hooks/racks to hang towels and clothes!

Great stay

Very clean, quiet, well appointed and spacious house. Lots of fun board and card games, a Wi and foosball. Amazing outdoor fire area.

Gorgeous home in a beautiful neighborhood

This is our second stay at this house. It continues to exceed expectations. The layout works great for large families with three floors of living space and a bathroom on each. What an awesome place - there with aged parents and young children…3 generations. Place was immaculate, very quiet. Plenty of things for kids to do, and great accessibility for mobility-challenged parents. Very clean, well stocked, just a great place. And, the hosts were absolutely great to work with.

Beautiful Home and Location

The house was very well stocked, everything was labeled, and it was nice and close to Lake Leelanau. As nice as the inside of the house is the outside spaces were our favorite with a great porch with eating area, fire pit with chairs, and a nice lawn for games. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Great set up of house and property. If you bring your bikes Fishtown is a short ride away. Having bedrooms on each floor gave us time together and apart.

Fun weekend in Leland

We had a great time visiting Leland and our stay was great. We had only 4 in our group but there was at least enough room to accommodate twice that. The place was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, comfortable beds and pillows, and a great location. We were able to walk into the town of Leland. Loved everything about the place!

Lovely home, great location.

This house on 4th street in Leland, MI was close to Lake Leelanau and Lake Michigan. The house was very clean and well equipped. We were able to walk to almost everyplace we wanted to go in town, which was very convenient. The property owner was always quick to respond when we reached out to him. Great house, great location.

Michigan gem!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything about this home was perfect for our Northern Michigan getaway. The location was ideal for exploring beautiful Leland and all that the surrounding Leelanau peninsula has to offer. And the home was both cozy and spacious with a great layout inside and outside to have some memorable meals together and get some much needed rest and relaxation. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect

The house was the perfect size for our family reunion of 10! Exceptionally clean and the perfect location to walk to town and the lake. Everything was thought of in this house- emergency supplies, extra bedding, all the kitchen supplies you could need, info about things to do in the area and a great book explaining all you would ever need to know about the house. To top it off, the owner is really nice and is easy to communicate with. A gem of a rental for sure!

Great place in a beautiful location!

This spot was perfect for some great family time. It is a beautiful home with an owner who has thought of everything to make your stay easy and comfortable. The location is perfect. We were able to take a short walk with a couple of kids to Leland and Fishtown with ease. We hope to stay here again in the future!
