Very cute little place to stay. Perfect location outside of the big city in a beautiful neighborhood. We stayed to attend a concert in Denver and then hiked at RMNP. The hosts were very nice, accommodating, and quick with communication. I accidentally left a personal item there and the host found it, texted me about it, and shipped it back to me promptly! Highly recommend!

Very nice but small

This is a very clean home, although the beds were short, I'm 5'9" And it fitted me short, also the chairs are a little uncomfortable. All in all very very to clean

This apartment was the perfect size and location for my granddaughter and me as we enjoyed spending time in Colorado Springs, Boulder, Estes Park, etc. It was very clean and provided everything we could possibly need. The hosts responded quickly when I asked questions. They are on site readily available if necessary. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice accommodations

Very clean and well appointd. Love the neighborhood. My only suggestion for improvement is to put a lamp on the nightstand so that you don't have to get up and turn out the light.

Cozy stay

This was the perfect place for our stay. It was close to everything we needed and gave a nice place to relax. Dan and Crystal were great to work with and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at their place.

Great location and comfortable stay

Super cute and extremely clean accomodations. Great location close to everything. Quiet neighborhood great for my morning walks. I was in town with my aunt to visit my son in central westminster and to watch the orioles play the rockies. Was 2 twin beds which was perfect for this trip (my husband stayed home). Host was very communicative. We were able to check in early. There was a minor issue with a bees nest on the steps near our entrance. They came out quickly to handle it. Will definitely keep this on my list for future stays. Hostwas

Quiet, clean away area above a garage. Pictures accurately represent the features of the area we stayed. Pleasant neighborhood with a pocket park a block away. Shopping close by.

Safe and nice area

Felt good to be tucked in to a safe, quiet, cute neighborhood while also close to many stores and restaurants. Beds were comfortable, full kitchen was great! Owners live on site and were very responsive. Be aware that if you are tall, there are angled ceilings since it’s the top floor, so you may bump your head until you get used to the rooms. One of the nicest properties we have stayed at, and we would definitely return again.

Second stay in this perfect getaway

This VRBO and neighborhood were perfect for the quiet and relaxing getaway I was looking for on this trip. The accommodations are incredibly clean, the owners are great with communication and have put a lot of thought into making the place comfortable. There are so many thoughtful touches and it has a great vibe to it. The space flows nicely and I feel restored and rested after my stay. I highly recommend it.

Clean & Comfortable Space + Top Notch Owners

I enjoyed my time here. The space was really clean and comfortable and had a great vibe to it. The neighborhood was really quiet. I enjoyed my time there and look forward to future visits. There were lots of thoughtful touches in the space and the owners were amazing with communication. Definitely put this place in my favorites list.

Nice Looking Neighborhood

The neighborhood seemed nice & it looked like it would be quiet but unfortunately it was not. Dogs in the neighborhood started barking every morning from 5:00 am on. Various neighbors would let their dogs out upon waking but unfortunately each neighbor let their dog bark for quite some time during very early hours & very disturbing. The same scenario happened over & over again each of the 10 days I was in residence. So, not the quiet neighborhood it looks like. The apartment was very nice but the access/egress stairs need replacing. They are peeling away from the building & the treads also tilt & are uneven. The A/C unit at the top of the stairway is in the way of access to the entry door even without luggage. Stair access should be have more light because it was very difficult to see the door key pad in order to enter the access code. The apartment itself was nice & cozy & just right for my business work/stay. Many times however the internet was sketchy & so was getting anything like Netflix on the TV. Many time the movies would simply not load & no matter how many times I tried to watch a movie during peak time, when I believe others were on line, nothing would load so the TV was inoperable except for live TV throughout. General cleaning was good but the window sills & other areas needed dusting. Lastly, I realize a lot of folks use their devices for night time reading but there needs to be a bedside lamp in the bedroom. There is no light available for reading in bed.
