Essential House Rules – Olam Villa
Only registered guests are allowed. No unregistered visitors.
No parties, events, or gatherings – violation will incur a $2,000 penalty.
No smoking indoors (designated outdoor areas only).
Quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM; noise monitoring in place.
