Peaceful Paradise with Views, Deep Private Pool

Enjoy a scenic stay with peace, privacy, and fun for the whole family at this Lake Havasu City home. Located on the edge of the desert on the North side of town. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental offers beautiful views of the desert mountains and partial views of the lake and river. Swim in the Arizona sunshine in our deep refreshing pool. Enjoy a game of axe throwing or cornhole in the large backyard. Play pool, darts, poker, arcade, board, or other assorted games in the game room. As the day winds down, take advantage of new smart TVs in every room for enjoying a show or movie. Only 1 large boat, 25'+, allowed on property. Cameras/Surveillance: External cameras covering the driveway, backyard, entrance, and pool.

Shaded seating and pool toys are provided. The home is 5 minutes from boat launch but in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
