About this property

Private Luxury Estate on 5 acres of Property in the BEST part of Scottsdale!

Our fabulous estate home features city lights and beautiful Pinnacle Peak views as well as surrounding mountains views. The house is located in a very private exclusive area but very close to all the action with easy access to the freeways. Enjoy our resort style back yard which includes tennis court, Pickleball, basketball court, golf green, pool, spa and BBQ . There are also two fire pits and a fireplace at the outdoor ramada the backyard is fully fenced in.

The house is just minutes away from Grayhawk Golf Course and Troon North Golf. Just a short drive you can get you to some of the best shoppings in the country, Scottsdale Quarter, Kierland Commons and Fashion Square Mall. Along the way you can stop at Talking Stick Casino which also has the Top Golf driving range which is awesome. They also have two excellent courses.

Everything was so wonderful. The property is gorgeous and has the best view in all of Scottsdale. The owner was by far the most responsive I’ve ever dealt with. Really loved the outside space and the house lacked nothing.

We had an awesome time. This home is magnificent. The view across the pool is spell binding and the pool itself is incredible. The home is spacious with everything you could possibly need. Many different seating areas which we enjoyed. We choose to not go out to dinner on most nights because the outside dining couldn't have been better than any restaurant.

Incredible property. Pool is amazing, hot tub is stellar. Everything from the interior to the surrounding grounds (yes, the grounds) are beautiful. All 4 bedrooms are spacious, clean, and inviting. Can't recommend this place enough. We were in town for a golf weekend and coming back to the house was the perfect way to end the day. Plenty of areas to hang out, cook, or just get lost both inside and out. Cherrel was super responsive. We had a small issue with the hot tub and she had someone there less than 15 minutes after I reached out via the app.

Wonderful stay! The hostess is the best! Responded immediately to our questions! We celebrated our 50th there Thanksgiving week with six adults and 4 children! House is perfect for a large group!
