Seaside Adventures: You’re only a few minutes’ walk from the beach. Whether you fancy an early morning swim, sandcastle competitions with the kids, or a sunset stroll, it’s all right on your doorstep. You can grab a drink or a bite on the Promenade at SoBo Beach Cafe.

Walk to Hengistbury Head: Love a scenic walk? In just 7 minutes, you can be heading up the iconic Hengistbury Head. Take in the stunning views, spot wildlife, and get your steps in before breakfast. If you fancy a run, then a couple of routes around the Head are around 5k.

If golfing is your thing, Solent Meads Golf Centre is an 8-minute walk away.

Space to Relax: After a day exploring, come back and unwind in our open-plan living area, cook up a feast in the fully equipped kitchen, or enjoy a glass of wine in the garden.

Perfect for Groups: We’ve got all the basics covered (WiFi, laundry, parking), plus plenty of space to eat, play, and relax together. We love making music together, so you're welcome to use the piano or the guitar.

The Neighborhood:
You’ll find plenty of cafes, local pubs, and shops nearby. The beach is perfect for paddleboarding, picnics, or just listening to the waves. Got kids? The promenade is made for scooting and cycling, and there are loads of play areas to keep them happy. There's free parking on the street. Christchurch town is a pleasant 25 minute walk if you want to catch a concert at the Priory or grab some food. There is a Tesco Metro just before Tuckton bridge, a 10-minute walk away.
