3 bedrooms large apartment (1660 square feet) fully renovated, ideally located on the Champ de Mars, biggest Park of Paris, with an amazing view from most of the rooms, on Ecole Militaire monument, on the trees of the Champ de Mars, and on the Eiffel Tower.
Probably the largest apartment in PARIS on VRBO website, and the best location. Our street has been ranked in the top ten most prestigious streets in Paris.

Formerly the main office of LANCOME in the middle of the 20th century, this apartment is regularly occupied by agencies to create films for TV and WEB advertisings
Three Bedrooms, Two Bathrooms, Space & Privacy.
The apartment’s two bathrooms make it ideal for two couples while the three bedrooms make it perfectly suitable for up to six persons. In all events, the spacious entry gallery, salon, dining room, and fully equipped large kitchen ensure this apartment will provide both style and comfort for your stay in Paris.
The apartment is entered through a spacious hallway. Immediately in front is the large living room (600 sqm).
Down the hallway to the left are the kitchen/dining area. Then you find the first bedroom wih its balconey and private bathroom. The second bedroom, is on the right of the entry, at the opposite side from the living room.
And the third bedroom with the second bathroom is at the end of a corridor.
One of the most appealing aspects of this 1660-square feet apartment is its layout and view, as most of the rooms are in front of the trees. Nobody but Paris in Front of you.
The two main bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the apartment, ensuring a measure of privacy even when the apartment is fully occupied. Double French doors at either end of the entrance hall also provide, as needed, an additional element of privacy.
ART DECO Parisian features
The apartment itself is an art deco-style affair renovated to highlight its original features -- among them many mirrors.
From the entry hallway, the master bedroom (240 sqf) is reached through the salon and its two sets of double French doors, making this bedroom with its en suite bath its own private enclave within the apartment. The bedroom has a 180-cm (70 inches wide) double bed.
The second bedroom (240 sqf) is located at the opposite end of the apartment and overlooks the Ecole Militaire. Here, the beds may be arranged as twins or a queen-size double.
The third bedroom (180 sqf) overlooks the spacious Courtyard and is furnished with twins or a queen-size double bed.
The kitchen is fully Equipped and renovated in 2013, as all the apartment.
In the dining room, For larger gatherings, the table can be expanded to accommodate up to twelve.
Gracious Living Room
The salon provides a restful space for reading, quiet contemplation of the unique view, informal gatherings while planning the day’s activities - or a venue for elegant entertaining.
Located on the Champ de Mars, the apartment is on the second floor on a one-way cross small prestigious avenue famous for the architecture of its buidings. Downstairs, the delightful Children’s Carousel on the Champ de Mars, the expansive park which runs from the Eiffel Tower to the Ecole Militaire.
Just 5 minutes walk to the east is the rue Cler, a pedestrian market street with a dazzling array of specialty food shops and market stalls. The Ecole Militaire metro stop is a two-minute walk to the east. A ten-minute walk in the North leads to the Pont d’Alma over the Seine and onto the chic boutiques of avenue Montaigne.
Neighborhood Food Shops and Restaurants
It is no surprise that within a five minute walk are a dozen top-rated restaurants and bistros and many, many more food shops. This elegant quarter is home to well-to-do Parisians and the food and restaurant offerings show it.

Probably the best location in Paris..! It is unique to be in the center of Paris, with à view on the nicest monuments, iuit quiet, chic and secuplacera and at the same Time very close from all the touristic places, shops, restaurants and bars...!!!!! The 7 th district is the chicest area of Paris, quiet and Green as it is on the champ de Mars ( one of the biggest parc in Paris) , walking distance from the most touristic places (musée d Orsay, Eiffel tower, la concorde, Trocadéro, champs Elysees...) , walking distance from the nicest shopping experience ( av montaigne, champ Elysées, boulevard saint germain...) and in the middle of a very tipical parisien area with pietonary streets Like rue cler, rue du commerce and rue saint dominique were you CAN find food marketing and famous food stores (Cantin, Seco, Davoli ....A unique location for a unique Stay in Paris!

Very nice apartment in a great location!
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment! Our flight was delayed and we arrived around 9:30 pm and they were gracious enough to wait up for our arrival. On the last day, they provided us with a wonderful treat as a thank you for our stay. The unit itself is spacious and in a fantastic location close to the metro, restaurants and the Eiffel Tower. Only downside would be the master shower didn't work great, the twin beds were very small and on wheels (not meant for older children) and loud construction noise. I would definitely stay here again!

We apologize for the noise on the last day, Tuesday morning, as they have started some renovation for 4 weeks at the back of the building. We won't rent the apartment in April as a consequence.
We have checked the shower in the master bathroom and it works perfectly well and with a big pressure, so we should have explained to you how it works.
As for the twin beds, they are luxury beds from Conran Shop. The size is 90 cm X 200 cm for each of them, which is the usual size for French single beds. I understand that American people are slightly taller than French (!)
The bed in your room is a 180 X 200 Sofitel bed.
We are definitely gratelful for this feedback, which is important for us.

A few days in Paris
Five stars! What a wonderful three nights we had last week in this elegant apartment. All six of us had made numerous visits to Paris but the consensus was that this was the very best accommodation ever. The prewar building in its upscale 7th arr neighborhood has beautifully maintained common areas and a classic center-stair open elevator with impeccable wood finish. While the rooms were still undergoing refurbishment, none of the details like missing closet door knobs, were distracting. With lengthy views extending south over an open space to the wide Av de la Mott-Picquet, the apartment was always cheerfully sunny. And surprisingly quiet because of the double glazing throughout. Unusually for Paris, each of the three bedrooms were ensuite, with the master sharing the street view and the other two facing on to the very large center courtyard, which was never noisy in the morning. All of us had good things to say about the comfort of the beds. And it was hard to beat a morning constitutional on the endless Champs do Mar with views of the iconic Tour Eiffel.
A major feature was the number of moderately priced, highly rated restaurants within a ten-minute walk. We had some of the best meals of all time at Le Florimon and Arnaud Nicolasbut sadly had to forfeit our reservation at La Capiello,
rated 3 out of 14,647 by Trip Advisor and only an 8 minute walk.
While the nearest Metro stop is only an identical 8 minute walk , with six of us we used Uber Van, both comfortable and economical for our sightseeing. Highlights were the MoMA exhibit at the Fondation Louis Vuitton in the Bois (this two year old Ghery building is most spectacular in Paris) and the Museum of Decorative Arts next to the Louvre with the must-see Dior exhibit /.
This apartment is a real gem. Perfect for thee couples.
Every thing was great except an air conditioner is needed for the third bedroom.
Good location but...
The location of the apartment was good. However, the apartment was only partially air conditioned and we were afraid to sit on the owner's expensive chairs. The owner pointed out all of the valuable furniture--which only increased our apprehension. Also, be aware that you need to be quiet in this apartment. As we entered the lobby to go upstairs the owner said, "Sh..." Apparently, the neighbors in the building are not thrilled with having tourists coming in and out of the apartment building. (Don't blame them--but, if this is an issue then the owner should not rent a VRBO there.) With six adults (ages 28-62; college educated, professional people) all excited about coming to Paris (four for the first time), it was a little discouraging to come "home" and have to be worried about making any noise. Needless to say, we did not spend much time in the apartment. Typical VRBO's--and this is my 7th-- provide written information--suggestions for dining, sight-seeing, transportation, how to use metro, use of tv, internet, etc, etc.--this was not provided. Not a big thing--but it would have been nice to have a defrosted and empty refrigerator/freezer (didn't know modern appliances needed defrosting). Also, it was very irritating to not have closets to hang clothing. It is not unusual for owners to keep areas of their home locked up but locking closets--really?? Yes, we could put things in drawers but some things just need to be hung up. Bottom line the location is good and the apartment is large. You are not going to Paris to sit in an apartment--but understand there are some issues.

We are very sorry that you couldn't use the freezer and the closets. This was exceptionnal as we had a different cleaning lady who exceptionnally forgot to arrange all The closets and to defrost the freezer. Concerning the noise it is a usual practice for the rent of apartments in private buildings to be respectful to the neighbourhood In opposition to a hotel room but it definitely doesnt mean you have to take it as its word. Concerning the furniture, We have decided to give to this apartment a very fine and arty decoration and interior design touch, in opposition to some more classical apartment so we expect our guests to respect the furniture as if they were at home. Not more than that. I am sorry We haven't talked about it as I see it is a communication issue. I hope you still had a great time as our aim on the appartment arrangements is to propose to our guests a comfortable, elegant and peaceful place to stay very well located for a visit of our lovely Paris.

True Parisian apartment experience
Our family of 5 really enjoyed staying in this beautiful and roomy apartment with a great view of the Eiffel Tower. Convenient to metro stops. Gregory met us at the apartment to show us around and also gave us some good restaurant recommendations in the area.
The apartment was wonderful.
The apartment was wonderful. It was perfect for our family of five. The kitchen had everything we needed, which made the start of the day easy. We were able to do a little laundry, which after 2 weeks in Europe came in handy. The bedrooms were spacious and everything was well appointed. It was very hot part of the time we were there -- highs in upper 90's -- and while the AC units were not completely compatible for that kind of heat, we were able to manage. The location was fabulous, just a stroll away from the Eiffel Tower and a block away from the subway. Gregory met us at the apartment. In addition to explaining everything, he gave us tips for nearby restaurants -- which led us to some fabulous meals. We would definitely rent again on a return trip to Paris.
The apartment is located on a parc (Champ de Mars) which allow you and your kids to do basket ball, football, Ping Pong, pétanque, jogging, cycling, there are play grounds for kids, picnic areas, horseriding and muppet shows..... This Green area is 10 seconds walking from our door and in the middle of the city. Our apartment is located very close to all the shopping areas ( champs Elysees, boulevard saint germain, av montaigne for clothe and antiques shopping, and rue du commerce and rue cler for food shopping which are village little pietonary streets were you CAN find typical parisien places, thé best cheese shop in paris Cantin, thé best boulangerie in Paris Seco, thé best catering store in Paris Davoli.... Etc....it is also very near from the cultural places ( Eiffel tower, Invalides, Musée d Orsay, Arc de Triomphe, la Seine Thé river, thé Trocadéro, Grand Palais, Petit Palais, Place de la Concorde etc......it is very rare to be in an apartment in thé center of Paris, close to all thé Nice touristic places, in à quiet and chic area and at thé same Time close to very tipical parisien places, food stores, restaurants, bars, it is unique!!.!!!!
