The upgraded kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, flows seamlessly into a spacious dining area with a lovely six-person table. Don't forget to step out onto the back porch and soak in the beautiful morning sunrise! The main house features a full-size washer and dryer, and two parking spaces are available for guest use, and are located in front of the home.

The front yard offers an open space, complete with an outdoor dining table that seats six. It's perfect for enjoying morning coffee or dining alfresco with loved ones. Located just two blocks from Moonlight Beach and two blocks from downtown Encinitas, this is an ideal spot for a getaway. You can easily explore amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and bars nearby.
