Such a fantastic spot! Walking distance to some fabulous cafes and restaurants in Leucadia. Communicative hosts & very accommodating to pets.

We absolutely loved our stay. Check in and check out was flexible and easy. the place is beautiful and you can walk to everything you need. I would definitely stay again.

Leucadia cottage

Well represented. Very clean and well appointed. Grassy fenced yard nice for humans and the dogs. Hosts are very dog friendly. Great location for all activities.

Grandview

Wonderful stay. The property had absolutely anything you can think of, from different coffee makers to beach chairs. Management was extremely responsive to any needs. Will definitely stay again, when visiting San Diego.

A comfortable month

Quite neighborhood in a great location, close to commercial area AND the beaches. Hosts were attentive and responsive. Comfy beds and sharp knives in a well equipped kitchen. Great bungalow for two or three occupants.

The property was clean, organized, and cozy. The Hosts are welcoming and immediately responsive. The covered parking just steps from the front door was a plus something we hadn't realized until we walked around and saw the limited availability in most of the residential areas.The secure and private backyard with a shaded dining area and a clean, easy to use propane BBQ was another plus. We enjoyed a couple of nice evening meals outside.Our only disappointment (and of no fault of the property or hosts) was that we were only able to find one local (15-18 min. drive away) that allowed dogs... Del Mar dog beach. As we walked Encinitas, Carlsbad, etc. we unfortunately saw a few dog owners who choose not to pick up after their pet, even at the "dog beach" where poop bags are supplied. It sadly only takes a few to ruin it for the many.

Perfect getaway!

Keith and Stacy are exceptional hosts! They provide everything you could possibly need to make it feel like you are at home. The home is modern and tastefully decorated. The beds are comfortable, showerhead pressure is perfect and AC worked wonderfully. However, we didn't really need as we opened the doors and windows to let the breeze in. The backyard is perfect for dogs and we loved eating meals on their patio. It is a quiet neighborhood and on the evenings we didn't eat in, we would walk to one of the close by restaurants. Quick 5 minute walk. Keith & Stacy offer top notch customer service and are accommodating to your needs. They are like your own personal concierge. There is a train that goes by but honestly, it did not disrupt our stay or even bother us. We are a family of 3 and it was perfect for an extended stay. You will not regret staying at one of their homes.

Cute house + exceptional customer service

We recently stayed in this home during our trip to Encinitas. We love the Leucadia area so the location of the house was perfect for us - walking distance to so many coffee shops and restaurants. The beach chairs and toys provided were a huge plus. But the 5 star rating really comes from how wonderful Keith and his team are. After we checked out, I realized at the airport I left some *very* expensive jewelry out on the dresser. I had a panic attack and called Stacey (the property manager). She reassured me everything would be okay and immediately sent someone to the house to get the jewelry and they overnighted it to me the very next day. I know you don’t run into issues like this every time you book a place, but when an emergency does happen it’s amazing to have a helpful team behind you. I was so so grateful that Stacey and her team are honest, kind, caring people. I would book again for that reason alone!

Lovely quiet spot for seniors and their dog

Great service from hosts, beautiful furnishings, great large back yard for pets, lovely lady next door for dog sitting. Cute rustic neighborhood in a quiet beach town.

Excellent place to stay!

I can't say enough good things about this property. You honestly can show up with nothing and everything you might need will be there. Thoughtful touches, clean, well located. The property managers were kind and helpful. You will have a wonderful time here!
