A Cozy Corner in the heart of Waynesville

Unwind in Waynesville at this stylish cottage and centrally-located place!. With private parking, this brand new cozy house is in the perfect location. Luxury furnishings, full kitchen, washer/dryer, smart TV, and a desk for pretending to work! Stocked with all the essentials and two full bathrooms, guests will feel right at home. A great couples getaway and dog friendly for the walks around the lake or in the mountains. Close to Lake Junaluska, Asheville, and Great Smoky Mountain Park you will want to come back again and again. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.
We welcome your small size fury family member (1 dog only, less than 25 lbrs, no cats) with lots of love. There is a $50 pet fee.
However, we ask that pets do not go on the furniture or beds, so other guests who might have allergies do not have issues (unfortunately, it has happened in the past).
If you leave your pet in the house alone, use its crate.
Finally, if pet hair is found on linens or furniture, we will charge an additional $50 fee.

Property was exactly as described. Upon checkin, everything was clean and orderly. There was plenty of lighting and abundant household items for convenience. Instructions were clear and easy. The location cannot be more convenient to town and the communication with the host was excellent. The stay could not have been easier or more satisfying. We would definitely stay here again. This is the perfect place to stay if you need quick access to shops, and restaurants in town.
