Great stay !

The property is right on the beach and has terrific amenities ! The host provides excellent communication and the check-in was seamless. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Florida !

Conveniently located apartment

Place was described accurately and host was easy to reach. Clean, spacious, and well maintained. Loved the amenities in the building and the convenient shop on the main floor.

Great Place To Stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We had two kids and 3 adults and there was more than enough room. If you stay longer than a day or two, make sure to bring extra paper towels and garbage bags, they provide some but for a longer stay you might need more. The pool was super warm and the kids had a great time. We ordered Chinese food from Lychee Garden, a local spot, it was delicious. For great Italian food, go to Matteos.

Great time at the Tides Hollywood Florida

Great property. A very welcoming and responsive host. Unfortunately my comuter is not showing the questions to the choices for stars above, just the tick boxes for stars, so I don't know what VRBO is asking. Please ignore the ratings (though all the ratings would all be great, if I could see the questions!)

Disappointing Stay - Host unresponsive to multiple issues

We were excited about our stay but faced numerous problems that went unresolved. Missing Amenities: Upon arrival, we noticed the absence of basic toiletries like shampoo, lotion, and bath soap. While we understand these items are not always provided, arriving late at night left us unprepared. Having such essentials available would have been a simple yet meaningful way to ensure a smoother start to our stay. Broken Appliances: The refrigerator's door seal was damaged, preventing it from closing properly. This rendered it incapable of keeping food fresh, which was incredibly inconvenient during our stay. Malfunctioning Shower: The shower was a significant issue. It only dispensed scalding hot water, and despite multiple attempts to adjust the temperature, it remained dangerously hot. Tragically, my child sustained a minor burn due to this problem. This situation was both upsetting and unacceptable. Lack of Communication and Support: When we reported the shower issue, we did not receive prompt assistance or a satisfactory resolution. Instead the host suggested finding alternative accommodations—an impractical solution at the last minute. Following this distressing incident, we expected an apology or at least some form of compensation for the inconvenience and harm caused. Although the property’s location was nice, these unresolved issues and the host’s lack of accountability overshadowed our experience. I hope the host addresses these issues to improve future stays.
