Great 2 bedroom apartment located right on a beach with the side ocean view from the balcony. We provide with all essential needed for comfortable vacation. Beach chairs and umbrella will be found in the closet. Convenient location: 7/11 store and pizza places and cafes across the street. Walmart wishing walking distance.During registration guests pay: $75 parking per week/ $100 -2 week/ $125-3weeks, $20 refundable garage opener, one time fee $30 for FOB key for each two guests. One guest must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation.

Very close to the beach, the pools were nice and the cafe was super convenient. Located quite close to a Walmart and cvs which with kids was also really convenient.

The property was in a great location, but was in need of some TLC. It was in need of some repairs and updates, as it was quite worn. Also, it sleeps 6-8 people, but the living room only had a couch and one chair. The beach and pool area was very nice and the price was quite reasonable, so if you don't mind a condo in need of some remodeling then you can get a good deal.

Fun Family Getaway

Property was safe, secure, and a great location with easy beach access. Restaurant on property and many other amenities within walking distance. Short drives for other activites like fishing charters and the airport. The condo is an older condo but well maintained. Staff was friendly and accomodating. The host were prompt in communicating, we had no reason to contact them during the stay as everything was explained, and as promised.Would highly recommend.

The main issues had with the place the 30 charge per key fob which was unavoidable because it gave you access to the building. If that would have been listed in the original post and not communicated with the checkin instructions. My family would likely have chosen a different place to stay at. Additionally the unit was a bit on the outdated side and the master bathroom needs to be refurbished

Short weekend trip

The condo was great, it had so much space and extra seating in all of the rooms. My son enjoyed the piano! It was clean and the view out the master bedroom window was gorgeous. I really enjoyed that we were right next to the stairwell and would take that right out to the back of the property, it made access so easy and convenient. It was a very nice neighborhood and the beach chairs were only 25 to rent! The manager was quick to answer any of my questions and answered the phone every time I called.

Amazing location on a budget

This particular unit has some very good offerings and some "not-so-nice" challenges.GoodThis property is oceanfront and has easy access to two pools (one heated) and offers two large patio areas with plenty of chairs, tables and space to relax and is within walking distance to Walmart and Publix!The unit itself has plenty of space for up to six people. The kitchen is clean and large. Our host, Daria was very responsive to our needs, responding quickly when we saw that there was no umbrella in the closet for us to use at the beach. Additionally, when we reported a very slow drain in the primary bathroom, she sent her husband out within an hour to fix that issue. ChallengesPublic spaces shows its age and lack of upkeep, such as dark hallways, dirty stairwells, and the smell of insect repellent. Condo security told us to leave the pool while having a quiet dinner as it closed at sunset. Also, children aren't allowed to play with balls in poolOur unit has been "loved" and could use a deep cleaning of the furniture. The cloth headboard had visible stains and the couch had dirty arms and pillows. The primary bathroom window was broken and the sink did not drain. The original shower tile and bathroom walls need to be replaced as they show tremendous wear and do not look clean. The balcony door was very hard to maneuver and the lock was broken. A makeshift lock was added, but was missing two screws. Overall, great location, responsive host, adequate accommodations.

This was, without question, one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had and I do not say that lightly. I have never a left a negative review. That's how bad this was. The property was grossly misrepresented, poorly maintained, and completely unacceptable for the price we paid. Frankly, I’m shocked it’s even allowed to be listed.Within the first 30 minutes, my daughter became locked inside the bathroom due to a broken handle that just spun. It took me half an hour to get her out. That alone should disqualify this property from being rented.The safety issues were alarming:No way to secure the main door from the insideA second egress door with a basic, easily compromised lockMissing handle on the patio doorBroken bathroom window taped together with packing tapeI had to go out and purchase door bars just so my family could feel safe enough to sleep. That is beyond unacceptable.The condition of the unit was equally bad:Dirty throughoutDamaged drywallGlass bedroom doors with poor coverings(no privacy)Kitchen missing basic essentialsShower wouldn't stop leakingThe unit reeked of pot due to a neighboring occupant, and the smell seeped into the space.This was not a minor inconvenience, this was a pattern of neglect and a complete failure to provide a safe, livable environment.This property is not worth anywhere near what is being charged, and should not be rented out at all. The owner refuses to address the issues. Please beware!Avoid at all costs.

It appears the condo is being remodeled, so definitely not perfect, but was great for us. Beds were clean and comfortable. Super close to pool and beach and it's nice being on the 2nd floor and not dealing with elevators! The Tides is very strict about security which added to the overall experience.

This is the Tides resort located right on a beach. Resort has great amenities including pool with lounges and chairs, private beach access (you will find beach chairs and umbrella in the closet). Pool view gym fully equipped. Cinema theatre you can enjoy family time. The location is very convenient with the Walmart superstore within 15 min walking distance. Famous Hollywood Broadwalk is 5 min drive or 15 min walk. There is an ocean front restaurant Etaru just steps away. Pizza places and 7/11 across the road.
