Evelyn’s Estates is perfect for small or large groups. We currently have 3 units (soon to be 4) that each accommodate multiple guests. We also provide a comfortable outdoor area and large parking space located to the front, side and back of the property. If you enjoy being with your large party, but also want your privacy with your own bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, etc, we’re the place for you. Harper’s Home, Adonis’s Oasis, and Buttercup’s Bungalow can provide you with all you need. Allow Evelyn’s Estates to be your home away from home. Welcome to Harper’s Home at Evelyn’s Estates. Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom, 2 full bath, Logan retreat. The home is approx 2000 sq/ft and has an outdoor courtyard with seating, fire pit, dining and grill. Enjoy the scenery and fireworks during the July 4th festivities while sitting on one of the 2 porches attached to the home. Ample parking for your vehicles and atvs for riding the trails. NO need to haul your atvs. Trail access, restaurants, fuel stations, and groceries are a short distance and can be directly driven to on your atvs. This peaceful house features 3 bedrooms; one king bed, one queen bed and 1 full bed, perfect for a pleasant stay. There are 2 spacious living areas, one containing 2 double size futons for extra sleeping arrangements. Smart tvs are provided in both living areas and all 3 bedrooms, WiFi included. With amenities like a fully equipped kitchen, towels, bed linens, ironing board, hair dryer, AC, and heating, guests will feel right at home. Climate control is available for each individual room. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a shower/tub combo and more. We’re located 1.6 mi from access to Bearwallow Trail via trail 15 on High Street in the city of Logan, which is a community connector. Bearwallow Trail is one of the original 3 trails and acts as a central hub within the HMTS. It is interconnected to the Devil Anse, Rockhouse, Buffalo Mtn, Pinnacle Creek, Warrior, Indian Ridge, and Cabwaylingo trails. Evelyn’s Estates is located within less than a mile to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations and local entertainment. Enjoy all that Logan has to offer when you stay at our place.

Everything was great! The top balcony was very nice to sit out on at night. They even had the house ready to check in a couple hours early. We would definitely stay here again.
I would recommend this property and host to anyone visiting the area. The setup was perfect. We could ride to the trailhead right from this lodging. We found everyone to be friendly and very hospitable. We will definitely return.
Clean and spacious. Enough room to park trucks and trailer. Can support 18-wheeler parking. Close to trails. Logan has walmart and most major fast food stores.
Very quiet inside the house. Nice patio and fireplace area outside. House is very clean and fresh. Easy parking for trucks with trailers. Note that google maps may take you to the road behind the house.
