The space
We take absolute pleasure in welcoming you to our inviting community. Brand new everything in the apartment! Awesome courtyards, gym, and a dog park. Located in the Tremont district which is famous for its trendy bar and restaurant scene! Our condo is only a 2 minute walk all of the fun that the Tremont location offers, and a short 5 minute drive to Downtown Cleveland!

**NOTE : YOU NEED TO USE STAIRS TO GET TO YOUR UNIT

This Building is a historic industrial warehouse that was converted into an apartment complex! Each Condo is completely different from the others and offers tremendous character! You will never stay in a condo similar to this one, so if you appreciate the industrial period and don't want to stay in a boring cookie cutter box, than look no further!

The building also includes one of Ohios best Coffee shops Rising Star Coffee Roasters." Its located on the lower level and offers an amazing selection of drinks as well as delicious baked goods. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Fee (based on availability of cleaners)

• $25 for 2PM or $50 for 12PM Early Check-In, subject to host approval.

Lost Fob or Card Fee

• Guest's must return their fobs cards to the lockbox upon checkout.

• Smoking will result in a $500 fine.

No Party Policy

• Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed.
○ Violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund.

Noise Curfew Policy

• Noise curfew:
○ 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays)
○ 10 PM–8 AM (weekends)

• Penalties for violation:
○ First: Complimentary warning.
○ Second: $100 fine.
○ Third: Immediate eviction with no refund.

Guest Interaction with Building Staff Policy

• This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests.

• For questions or concerns, contact the host directly.

• Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency.

Checkout Process/Cleaning Policy

• Must load and start dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware.

• Please dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal.

• Place all trash in trash can or dispose in the trash shoot.

• No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation.

Was a nice stay and enjoyed the space. The location is centrally located and lots to walk to. A few suggestions:More and better towels, more glasses and silverware. Ice maker did not work. Fan control in upstairs did not work. We all had a wonderful time in Cleveland and the rental was great. Thanks

The instructions to find the unit were very confusing, three different people arrived at different times and were all unsuccessful on locating the actual unit. Once inside, it was as described, classic urban repurposed building.
