Please note: This listing is for the main house only. A one bedroom guest suite in back is not included in this listing and is rented separately under its own listing. One garage is not available, as it is a lockout for owner storage. One single car garage is available, and on street parking is available in front of the house. The guest suite has a private access, its own garage, and does not have access to the pool, back yard or the main house.
