- Small, pre-approved events are welcome. Please inquire at booking so we can ensure your plans align with our event policy.

- Guests have full private access to the entire home, pool (seasonal), deck, fire pit, and yard.

- Yonder provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests to provide the extra linens.

- Yonder openly shares our Cleaning Fees in a manner of full disclosure, as we think this is the most honest and forthright approach concerning our guests. Our cleaning fees, backed by our Clean Guarantee, reflect the highest standards, pristine environments for our guests, and cleanliness that surpasses any other vacation home; we guarantee it!

- Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional documentation before confirmation.

Quiet Policy: Parties, loud noise, and unruly behavior are prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If possible, an additional fee may apply, determined based on the time you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Events: Events are allowed at this property for up to 100 guests. Minimum 3 night stay for events. NOTE: ALL Events will have fees associated with hosting an Event, and determined/finalized once a guest head-count is shared. The Event Fee will be assessed outside of, and separate from the normal rental costs. Please talk with Yonder Guest Experience Specialist for details and costs for having your event.

Pets: Many of our guests have allergies, so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet, we are happy to recommend some alternatives nearby.

Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day.

Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest's name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
