We are available via Vrbo app and by phone to our guests. However, we travel a lot so the property manager may assist should there be any unforeseen issues.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Check-out is at 11:00 AM. We hope that you were pleased with our accommodations. Before leaving please: - put all USED towels/washcloths in the dirty clothes basket (each bedroom closet has one).

-return all remotes back to the nightstand/mantle. - turn off all lights and air hockey table. - lock the front, back, & basement doors. To lock the front door: - press YALE, and Done!!

Our Thanksgiving was so fun. The house gave us plenty of space to spread out and all sit around the big dining room table for meals and game play. Our only criticism would be the basement bathroom needs a mirror and a few more kitchen supplies. We would stay again.

This is newly renovated house but at not good neighborhood. The process of check-in was not smooth, the code provided didn't work. Kitchen - there was no tea or coffee. The host refunded 20 when I asked about it but did they expect me to go out in morning and search for coffee.
