Laura and Adam are fantastic hosts: the place is immaculate, it has everything you could possibly need and is extremely clean and well stocked. Everything about it is exceptional, the house, amenities, views. Can’t wait to visit again soon. Thank you for a great stay!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed the meticulously beautiful home, comfy beds, lush scenery, wonderful hosts, and quaint town. The kitchen is well stocked with quality items. The mountains views are lovely and can be enjoyed from the modest patio. We also enjoyed being able to walk to a nearby lake.

Friendly and accommodating hosts! Very clean, comfortable, and cozy A-Frame in brand new condition. Everything works! Well appointed kitchen, comfy bed, very easy load-in of luggage and all surrounded by beautiful silent Vermont forest land.

We had an amazing stay in Warren, VT! The guest villa was absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views and everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. The location was excellent, perfect for enjoying the area while still having a peaceful and relaxing place to come back to.Laura and Adam were simply the best hosts. They were incredibly welcoming, thoughtful, and made us feel right at home. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and their experience.We absolutely loved our stay and would happily come back. Highly recommend this beautiful villa and these wonderful hosts!

FLAWLESS. We absolutely loved our stay. It was so clean, and cozy. I literally joked that we needed the mattress and bedding brands so we could get them at home. Loved being able to have a kitchen to cook meals in for slower mornings or in between going to restaurants. Easy drives to both Stowe and Woodstock plus back to the airport. Blueberry lake and Warren falls right in town were highlights for us! It was a 10/10 stay.

Awesome guest house in the beautiful Mad River Valley! My wife and I and our two kids really enjoyed our stay, the kids loved the loft and outdoor green space. My wife and I enjoyed how thoughtfully stocked the entire house was with quality cookware, nice linens and new appliances! Warren is a great little town and visiting in August meant daily swims in Blueberry lake, refreshing way to end each day. Laura and Adam we great hosts giving us recommendations of things to do as well as accommodating. We’d love to stay again!

We’ve stayed three weekends since January, and Laura and Adam have been fantastic, welcoming hosts. The property is very well maintained, and the driveway and walkways are always promptly cleared. My daughter absolutely loves the loft — it’s her favorite part of the stay. We’re already looking forward to returning again in the future.

Fernstone is the best! Quiet, peaceful and beautiful- inside and out. The view is wonderful with beautiful landscaping. Accommodations are all you could want and more. We had a fabulous time!

We had a wonderful stay in Laura’s guest house! The directions were helpful but google maps got us there perfectly. Getting in was super easy! They were very responsive and helpful. The guest house was a perfect size for us. We made some meals in the kitchen and slept very comfortably! Everything was very nice and clean. The area is incredible! The swimming holes and Mountain View’s blew our minds, we will definitely be back!

Laura’s place was very clean and bigger than what me and my friends expected. Beds were very comfy and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But we would suggest a full sized mirror if possible. Otherwise it was a good location when in Vermont. Closed to Stowe, Waterbury and Burlington. The hosts was very communicative too. She made sure we get to her place right.

Wow! What an enjoyable stay! We'd give it 6 stars if we could. Clean and new. Comfy bed. Well laid out and the kitchen is equipped with everything for a chef. The property sits on top a hill with gorgeous views of the changing color. Quiet location. Laura and Adam are gracious and communicative hosts. Thank you! We'll be back for sure!

This little A Frame was brand new spotless tastefully decorated and comfy cozy! Very comfortable bed and our (adult) son was comfy up the ladder to the loft! Very nice!! Would rent again! Thank you Laura!!

Charming home in a beautiful location. Well situated for enjoying lots of outdoor activities in the area. Laura and Adam are great hosts. They provided clear directions to get to their place, were very responsive, and offered excellent suggestions for places to visit. We would definitely return.
