NEW! Fully renovated house in private settings 1/2mile from sandy beach access points & Tawas Point State Park. Access for kayaks/boats 1/4 mile. Private backyard with views of endless grasslands and variety of wildlife. Stargaze at night while roasting S’mores by the campfire. Enjoy views of blue waters of Lake Huron from the front deck. Sunbathe on our private waterfront deck across the driveway offering breathtaking sunrises. Biking/walking trails to downtown E. Tawas 2 mi . 3 bikes/2 kayaks.

The property was exactly as described. Please note main living area is an second floor and has great views Host was great to work with and answered any questions almost immediately via text.(Note you will get phone number too, but texting is better)

Lovely property, I'm sure this is a brand new renovation. Lots of space, two full living areas, two full bathrooms with showers, full washer-dryer. Great kitchen for cooking, with new appliances incl 6 burner stove, well stocked (nice selection of pots/pans/utensils) and service items. Esp appreciate the very nice stemware. Coffee pot, electric kettle, keurig. Bedrooms with nice space, especially appreciate lots of outlets and usb A and C charging stations throughout.Beautiful deck on 2nd floor facing Lake, and another huge one on ground level facing open outdoors area toward sunset, with fire pit and great seating. (Bikes etc and grill avail but we didn't use.)Evana easily reached by cell, responds immediately & super helpful. Listing very reliable - perhaps undersells how nicely done this is. Rented twice this spring with two different couples. looking forward to next time already!

Beautiful place and amazingly outfitted for your every need! A little over 1 mile walk to the beach, there is a wagon available to take your things with you. Lots of little extras that most places don’t think about or have that were very much appreciated. All the comforts plus!The only caution I would put, which I really hate to even mention, is because it is like two apartments on two levels with the main living area upstairs, if you have difficulty with steps you may want to rethink if steps will be a hindrance and keep you separated from some activities. Additionally, the bedroom upstairs has a severely slanted ceiling on one side so that person is always bent over getting in and out of a single mattress no box spring bed very low to the ground. My 65 year old bones found this challenging at times. And lastly, the upstairs couch is in need of replacement. Extremely uncomfortable to sit in and/or get up out of. Our foursome opted to sit in the padded bar chairs around the outside of the couch due to this issue.As I said these are just items to be aware. It is a beautiful peaceful place, that provided and filled our every need and wish! Spotlessly clean and cared for with a host that is extremely attentive to your needs and very receptive to communication. We gave it 5 stars as it is deserving of each one of them!
