We had poor communication with the owner and the maintenance man. The house itself was nice but the owner was very rude and argumentive when I notified him that the internet was not working. Therefore we could not watch any of the three televisions that we had.which the property was advertised with free wifi and 3 working smart tvs. I was on hold with vrbo a few times and did not want to spend anymore time dealing with the issue because I was on vacation. I really feel I deserve a refund for one of the three nights I paid for in advance because the house was not as advertised and the owner or maintenance man never came to fix the problem and the power lights were on the I ternet boxes and we unplugged them like the owner asked and waited and plugged back in. Nothing he suggested worked. And the night before we left we discovered out back on the property there was a line dangling in the wind which possibly could have been the issue. But no one ever came to try to fo anything about it and I was very upset and disappointed. Not what we paid for and kids were bored and disappointed as well. We have another trip coming up booked through you if you could possibly apply discount to our next trip.
