Enter the guesthouse on the second story to an open floor plan. There is a fully stocked kitchen, living area with a pull-out bed, and a cozy tv nook when you first walk in. Sliding barn doors lead to the master bedroom with a queen bed, tv, and blackout curtains. There is a walk-in closet with built-in shelving and a washer/dryer. Off of the bedroom is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, vanity, and natural lighting. Right out your door and windows are beautiful historic live oak trees, native to the South.

The neighborhood is lovely, located in Old Mount Pleasant. It has lots of character with many trees and wide streets to enjoy a walk, run or a bike ride.

You will have 1 off-street parking spot reserved for you throughout your stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The host has thought of everything to make your stay a comfortable and enjoyable one. Was also quick to respond to inquiries and made the check-in process seamless. Property was spotless and nicely decorated. We also loved the quiet neighborhood and being just a short drive to nearby beaches, shops & restaurants, and downtown Charleston. We would definitely love to return again in the future.

Cozy space in Mount Pleasant! The space was very clean and had everything we needed. Conveniently located to IOP beach, downtown Charleston, and our favorite restaurants. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood as well. Check-in/out was simple and smooth. We loved our stay!

What a wonderful place and experience. The rooms were as clean as new, and the neighborhood was exceptionally quiet. We were minutes from family, the beach, and that wonderful low country food.Hope to visit again soon!

This location was very clean, everything was well taken care of, and had all the amenities we would need. I love that there was a full kitchen, as well as the washer and dryer! The location was also easy to access everything in the area. Quiet neighborhood was a plus as well.
