Old Fenimore Mill Condominiums are conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, playground and Cedar Key's vibrant downtown area. For a true local experience, consider renting a golf cart to explore the town. The complex boasts ample boat/trailer parking, a community pool and hot tub, private beach access, a BBQ area, and a private fishing dock. Bring your own kayaks and store them on the community kayak rack, allowing for direct launch from the complex!

Immaculate accomodations

Our one bedroom unit was spic and span clean. Very accommodating. We only stayed one night as we had an event to attend at the Island Hotel. I am sure all of the units are well kept by Pelican Rentals so whether you need one bedroom or more, you will not be disappointed. Everything is clean and well appointed from linens to a fully dressed kitchen with appliances and tools for cooking. And the views are spectacular.
