House Rules & Important Notes:
• Check-In: After 4 PM (early check-in $100 if available)
• Check-Out: 10 AM (late check-out = additional night’s charge)
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• No Unauthorized Guests: $150 fine per extra guest/night
• No Smoking Indoors or on Outdoor Furniture: $500 fine
• No Parties or Large Gatherings
• Security Cameras: Located at the front and back entrances
• No Glitter, Confetti, or Hair Dye — Additional cleaning fees apply

Dog-Friendly with Approval:
• No cats (due to allergies)
• $150 pet fee per dog – prior approval required
• Dogs must be crated if left alone inside
• No pets on furniture or beds
• Must be fully house-trained
• Clean up after your pet (inside & out)
• Pets are monitored via security cameras

Outdoor Amenities & Guidelines:
• BBQ Grill: Must be cleaned after use or a cleaning fee will apply
• All outdoor features are provided for your enjoyment — use at your own risk
• Damage or failure to clean may result in replacement or cleaning fees

Parking - there’s free street parking available just two blocks toward the railroad tracks away from Carson St. It’s an easy and reliable option. That said, we’ve never had any issues with parking near the house—most guests find it straightforward and hassle-free.

Trash - Trash pickup is scheduled for Thursdays. A maintenance crew will access the garage on Wednesday to roll the trash bins out for pickup and return on Friday to bring them back in. The crew will only enter the garage and will not access the interior of the home at any time. This ensures the property stays clean and compliant without disrupting your stay.
