Conveniently located at the beginning of the Ellsworth rail-to-trail, the apartment is just three minutes from Downtown. This central home base provides easy access for exploring Acadia, the Bold Coast, Downeast, and the Blue Hill Peninsula. The sprawling farmstead includes many homes and extensive backyard greenspace boasting organic vegetable gardens, fruit trees, flowers, ducks, chickens and forest trails.

This apartment is located on the second floor accessed by a flight of stairs.
