Off season monthly discount of 65% through 6/30/2025. Brand new one bedroom, one bathroom located in the center of historic downtown Ellsworth.
One of two similar second floor apartments that could be rented together if available.
Steps from some of the areas best restaurants, bars, shops and The Grand theater. Downtown restaurants within a short walking distance include the highly rated Provender Kitchen, Finns Irish Pub, Airline Brewing, Fogtown Beer Garden, Margaritas, Union River Lobster House and Serendib. John Edwards Market is just a block away for a great assortment of wine and cheeses as well as grocery needs. Downtown has become known in the area for its eclectic mix of shops with something for everyone. Walking distance to the harbor and library. Downtown Ellsworth is conveniently located in the center of the areas best attractions such as Acadia National Park, Schoodic Point, Bar Harbor, Blue Hill, Lamoine and Surry to name a few.
Although there is not a private parking spot the building has public lots on both sides. The main lot is located directly in front of city hall, police and fire making its location extremely safe. EV parking and charging is approximately 500 ft.

This space was perfect for our weekend away! Plenty of restaurants and shops around, just 40 minutes to Acadia, and ample parking. The apartment was so nice and I will be dreaming about that mattress. The one downside is that most places around close by 10 pm, but there's nothing you can do about that!

Great base from which to explore Acadia

Very good accommodations for a couple. Large, updated apartment. Nice location in the heart of Ellsworth. Restaurants & coffee shops within walking distance. Convenient parking. Drive to the park is reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was cozy and the kitchen complete. The sheets were lovely and the bed comfortable. A convenient location to Acadia National Park and the surrounding area.

My wife and I had a great stay!! It’s a very nice apartment and the perfect location if you want to go explore Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park, which is only about a half hour away. The town of Ellsworth has a lot of great restaurants too! Thank you to the owners, Linda and Hans, who were very responsive when needed and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable!

The apartment is located downtown Ellsworth on the 2nd floor with a view of Main Street. There is a retail shop below. Parking and check in were super easy. There is ample free parking on the street and a city lot one block away. The apartment was very clean, roomy, and well laid out. We didn't really make meals there, but the kitchen has everything you need to do so (full size oven/stove, refrigerator/freezer, etc., but no dishwasher). The bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, nice size closet and a desk. The bathroom is roomy with a nice shower. There is no washer or dryer but there is a nice laundromat a couple miles away. The location is excellent. Great restaurants, breweries, and shops are all within walking distance. Acadia National Park is only a 30 minute drive. Bar Harbor is about the same.Communication with the host is outstanding. I had a few questions about parking and check in and always received an answer in a few minutes!Ellsworth is a nice city that seems quite safe. This is a great apartment with a wonderful host. We would definitely stay here again.

Great base for exploring

Immaculate property right over Main Street in Ellsworth. We were able to easily walk to a couple of breweries and a great breakfast place up the street. Owners were very responsive and check-in was super easy.

Cozy Getaway

The VRBO was so inviting. The decor feels like you’re in the Maine Woods with all the amenities needed for a comfortable getaway! The check-in process was so easy! So close to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. Great places to eat in Ellsworth!

Fall Acadia visit

Staying in Ellsworth was perfect! It’s near Acadia and not crowded like Bar Harbor. The city is walkable, and we enjoyed exploring the downtown area. There’s a great lobster place nearby that we would watch the lobster cooking at. The apartment is super clean. The bed and pillows are the most comfortable we have had at a rental. This was perfect after long days of hiking.

Quaint town close to Acadia with all the amenities you could want.

Beautiful apartment that is perfect for two people. There are plenty of shops and restaurants that you can easily walk to from the appartment. The hosts were gracious and accommodating and easy to contact. I would recommend this location to anyone traveling in Maine who wants to experience Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor which are a less than an hour away.

Great Apartment

Very clean, quiet and central to so many things in the area. It’s on a busy street but the noise was minimal at night. Do not hesitate to rent this unit if you’re going to sight see this part of Maine!

Lovely property…look no further

This apartment is newly renovated with lovely finishes. It is super clean,comfortable and spacious. Located in downtown Ellsworth you can walk to shops, restaurants cafes. Hosts are very responsive. Would love to stay here again next year!
