This terrific custom timber frame house offers breath taking hardwood floors/trim throughout. 1st floor bathroom, large open kitchen with lots of natural light, dining area, full living room area with large sectional sofa and 72" TV. 2nd Floor Master bedroom, King bed, full bath, TV, and 1 twin pull out sofa. Bedroom 2-3 twin beds, TV's, shared full bath. Perfect for families or groups of friends. Additionally, 2 open areas; 1 Queen pull out and 1 twin pull out or used as sitting area for those who need to catch up on work or relax with a good book. Step back, step out and relax into our private peaceful outdoor oasis, fully fenced in back yard, hot tub, patio set and awning. Enjoy your time in Brockport at our cozy house! This is a beautiful, well appointed house with all the amenities we needed. The hot tub was an extra luxury to enjoy. Our dog even loved the comfort of the house and fenced in backyard.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was not only beautiful, but comfortable as well. We had everything we needed to cook meals, enjoy our company, and relax.Our host was gracious and attentive to the needs of the hot tub which was kept sparkling clean. I can’t say enough good things about this rental. We would definitely stay here again.

This home was amazing. The backyard has a nice privacy fence which is wonderful but traffic noise is heard. The house was clean and organized with lots of cozy pillows and blankets. The master bed was super comfortable too. Aaron was incredibly accommodating to a personal need we had also. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay near town.

Wildwood was the perfect get away while we had some house construction. The yard for dogs and hot tub for us was a treat! Every detail inside was stunning and perfectly curated! Simply beautiful and cozy.

This was our second stay at the home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The home has everything you need to be on vacation. From the kitchen amenities, bathroom, amenities, entertainment to include the Jacuzzi. The owner does a great job at communication, better than me! The location is just a few minutes from town, but nice and quiet. Friendly neighbors as well. Would love to stay again.

Wow! This house was superb in everyway! From its location, gorgeous layout, comfort, cleanliness, EVERY amenity a family or group would need, plus an added bonus of a large hot tub on the deck, it was an A all around Don't let the 3 bedroom count fool you, there are several pull out couches that can accomodate more guests If we are back in the Brockport area, this will be our go-to home!!

A great open floor plan downstairs and plenty of privacy in the bedrooms upstairs. The location allowed a lot of privacy, but it was only a five minute drive to restaurants, grocery stores and other essential shoppers. We really enjoyed our stay and are thinking of booking again

Yep - the pictures are real. This is an extremely well decorated 3 BR house that is a spectacular find. It looks BRAND NEW! Well stocked, very comfortable, and communication superb. We will book here whenever in the Rochester / Brockport area. Safe, secure, privacy fence, super clean. Would stay again and recommend highly.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home that had everything you needed! We cooked and watched movies and even enjoyed the hot tub while there. The Master Bedroom is very relaxing and we both slept great with the soft bedding, perfect mattress and ample space. There was plenty of space for our kids and loved having 3 full bathrooms. The kitchen and living room space is stunning, I specifically loved how the lights are on dimmers. Great extra touch. Our dogs enjoyed the open fenced in backyard as well. We have family 10 min away and hope to stay here again when we are back in town. Aaron and Maggie were perfect hosts and everything was super clean.

Aaron and Maggie’s home is lovely. It’s beautifully decorated and tastefully appointed. The space is very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen contains everything one needs to prepare food. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan in addition to AC. The beds are extremely comfortable. With three bathrooms, my family of six managed just fine. The entire place is spotlessly clean, which I certainly appreciated. The town of Brockport is about a 7 minute drive away as is the supermarket. Aaron and Maggie could not have been more accommodating or responsive. Upon our arrival, we had difficulty with the entry lock (our fault entirely). I called Aaron, and he responded immediately. Maggie came over within 5 minutes of my phone call to show us how to correctly open the lock. Needless to say, we were very appreciative. In all, my family (husband, daughter, son-in-law, two 8 year old grandchildren) had a fabulous stay, and we will most definitely return to Aaron and Maggie Horton’s Wildwood home in Brockport.

My wife Maggie and I grew up in the area, are highschool sweet hearts married fo 39 years. Raised family of four in our present home in brockport. We enjoy outdoors with everything it has to offer.

This area is minutes from shopping/major expressways, offering the opportunity for privacy away from the hustle and bustle of being in town or neighborhoods.

The original footprint of this property dates back to 1800's. This home was one of the original homesteads on West Sweden Rd. Originally constructed with hand hewn beams harvested from local resources. This inspired my design of the renovations made with locally harvested timber milled locally into timber frame members hand notched into the existing highbred timber frame construction that makes this house one of a kind!
