居心地の良いブルーバードコテージは、なだめるような野生の花の牧草地に隣接する日当たりの良いサンクチュアリです。豪華な1マイルの砂浜まで2分の散歩です！ 太陽の光のバケツが窓から降り注ぐ-あなたはコテージで一日中太陽を浴びます。 小さな牧草地に沿ったアディロンダックの椅子でくつろいで朝の太陽を迎え、ビーチから帰ってきたら椅子を動かして西の湿原に沈む夕日を眺めましょう。 コテージは改装され、カラフルだがシックなコテージスタイルで装飾されています。 予想外のタッチと詳細はたくさんあり、あなたの顔に笑顔を置くことを意図しています！ 新しい訪問者は、コテージを「幸せな家」、「素晴らしい」、「魅力的な」、「おいしい」と表現しています。

小さいけれど、とても居心地が良くて楽しい。 2つのベッドルーム、1つのバス、スイートキッチン、スタイリッシュなリビングルーム、そよ風が漂う大きなスクリーン付きポーチ、牧草地のセレナーデの鳴き鳥、日没や月明かりのカクテルが手招きします。

砂浜を散歩して、海岸で最高のレストランの1つであるキャリッジハウスでディナーを楽しみましょう。 それから、月が砂の道を照らしているように、水の端に沿って家に歩いてください。 ファビュラスポーツマスは、植民地時代の歴史、にぎやかな港、ワールドクラスのレストラン、リバーウォークバー（有名な「デッキ」）、ボート乗り、絶賛されているミュージックホール、劇場、ライブミュージック、ナイトライフ、プレスコットパークアウトドアコンサートまで15分です。演劇、夏祭り、歴史的なストローベリーバンクなど。

Great cottage close to beach

Dahl and Deidre are great to work with. Their cottage is cozy and charming. The location is perfect, close enough to the beach to run home to use the bathroom or grab another snack.

Annual Getaway

this was our third visit to the cottage and we are already dreaming of next year! dahl is super communicative and a pleasure of a host. the cottage is perfect and allows for long beach days without the hassle of parking. we are grateful for the clean, cozy space, the breezy porch with the ocean sounds at high tide, the A/C on hot days and the quick walk to the beach. much gratitude 🙏

Two Weeks of Bliss

This was our second time at the Bluebird Cottage and the moment we arrived, we knew we were home again. We had an amazing peaceful two weeks and are truly grateful to find this sweet cottage a hop, skip and a jump from Jenness Beach. We can't wait to return again!

Perfect Beach Cottage

We instantly fell in love with this rental. It was so clean, cozy, well stocked (kitchen & beach stuff), and so close to the beach. the neighborhood was quiet and lovely and we were always greeted by neighbors with a hello and a smile. the true gem of this property is the screened in porch. we spent every morning here drinking coffee, and every night here playing games, reading and listening to the crashing waves. it was heavenly! we did have a few hiccups we needed help to solve - but Dahl was incredibly responsive and accommodating. we hope to return again soon! i can understand why there are so many repeat guests - this place is a gem!

Bluebird Cottage is a very special place for us. For close to twenty years, we’ve vacationed at the New Hampshire Seacoast – and for almost a decade of that time, we actually rented Bluebird Cottage until the Fall of 2017 when we were fortunate enough to make it our own.

While we’ve refreshed the cottage, we’ve looked to retain its fun and relaxing charm. For those that have rented Bluebird Cottage before, we hope that you still find the familiarity, location and cottage amenities that have brought you back. For those renting the Cottage for the first time, we hope you find the same magic and comfort that brought us back year-after-year.

To introduce ourselves, Dahl is an artist and illustrator whose work has been exhibited in galleries across New England. His work can be seen on labels for Samuel Adams and Nantucket Nectar, American Girl books and on Jenness Beach, where he can be seen crafting sand sculptures.

Deirdre has strong New Hampshire family ties and, after a career in New York State government, looks forward to spending more time in the State of her childhood memories. Our son is currently attending university in Boston.

We have many happy memories of our time spent here. We hope you will too.

We agree! No busy roads to cross to get to the beach, a meadow next door, a quiet private road and the sound of the ocean just 400 feet away. Heaven indeed!

この宿泊施設の特徴

Its all about the location. The sun-filled Cottage is located on a private road bordering a wildflower meadow. You can sleep to the sound of the ocean, and in two minutes, walk to Jenness beach, considered by many to be the finest beach in New England with over a mile of beach coast line – and a low tide that goes out 100 yards making it the perfect playground for all kinds of activities. Further down the beach you can take surf or paddle board lessons or rent equipment or shop for fun clothing at the Summer Session Surf Shop.
Just up the street is Rye Harbor where you can get fresh lobsters off the boat, or go fishing or whale watching. The Cottage is also just fifteen minutes from Portsmouth, N.H., one of the most vibrant cities on the New England seacoast – with world class shopping and dining, including restaurants led by several James Beard finalist chefs. Cross the bridge from Portsmouth and you’re in Maine with access to outlet shopping, Acadia National Park, world-class theater at the Ogunquit Playhouse and, of course, more beaches.
