Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only registered guests are permitted on the premises. If you plan to have visitors, please kindly seek prior approval.
No smoking or vaping inside. If smoke is detected, a cleaning fee of $500 will be charged.
Parties are strictly NOT allowed. If a party is detected, a $1000 fee will be charged and cops will be sent to the house immediately.
