Brand new condo Eden Caribe in El Cortecito. First floor unit. 6 min walk to beautiful Bavaro Beach.

Condo has large master bedroom with walk in closet and ensuite bath. Second bedroom has walk in closet. 2 full bathrooms in unit with large walk out patio from master bedroom. Size of condo is 1291 sq.ft. 24hr security on premises. 2 BBQ area for guest and large pool. Free parking on property for guests. Living room is open concept to dining and kitchen area. 55" 4K Smart TV in living room and 42" LED TV master bedroom, cable and wifi included. Unit can sleep up to 6 guests. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything and brand new stainless steel appliances.
Guests will have access to outdoor pool, BBQ area, and free Parking.

Upon your arrival, your personal concierge will check you in. We will also provide you with all information so that you stay will be hassle free. I can answer any questions you may have and management company is there to assist with the day-to-day.

THE LOCATION: 20 min from PUJ airport. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, groceries, gym, casino, etc. There are tennis courts close by, and several golf courses in the area. 4 access points to Bavaro beach. Everything is within walking distance. There are many activities and excursions within the area and lots of new shopping malls within the area.

All guest will have to pay for electricity use during their stay. The meter will be recorded at check in and at check out. Average cost is $5 US per day. This will be paid by cash on check out to property manager.

We have been travelling for over 40 years and this is by far the cleanist most well equiped ever The owner is super accomadating and attentive.Pool is great and perfect for families with kids deep end and shallow end Igive this a five star rating

Sorry the walk took long due to your disability, but the walk from the apartment to the parking lot is usually about 30 seconds. I apologize again for the wifi issues, but I have since switched to a much better internet company (Claro).

Great stay

Unit was very clean & well equiped. Grounds were immaculate with lovely pool. Property manager and owner were accomodating and available except at check in. This needs improvement. If security cant manage this a person should be there to greet us,especially late in the evening.However this was the only negative. Highly recommend. .

Nice Condo

This condo is ground level. The bed was comfortable. Shower is nice. Kitchen had suitable items for cooking anything. Nice cookware, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, blender. My only regret is the internet. It was very slow and kept going out so I had difficulty working on my computer. The owner and manager were very attentive.
