Comfortable house and great host. There was a side of the house that we didn’t use because of a smell and the oven wasn’t working.

Hi Ted, Thank you so much for your thoughtful 5-star review and for letting us know about the smell and the oven issue during your stay at Viva Oasis. We really appreciate guests like you who take the time to share helpful feedback. After your visit, we brought in Servpro Restoration Specialists along with a water management team to investigate the source of the odor. It turns out a previous guest had inadvertently flooded that room, which caused the issue. We’ve since completed a full restoration, drying the carpet and pad, and having everything professionally cleaned and sanitized. As for the oven, we had two technicians inspect it and identified the issue with the computer board. A replacement part has been ordered and will be installed shortly. The unit was installed brand new in 2019 when the home was built, but as we all know, appliances just aren’t made like they used to be. We truly value your kind words about us as hosts and your understanding. As a token of our appreciation, we’d be happy to offer you a 15% discount on your next stay at any of our Casago Las Vegas properties.
