We had a wonder stay at this house. We loved the pool and back patio area. It was on a quiet street that was easy to get in and out. The location was great and you could be to Disney within a little over 20 minutes.

Conveniently located close to Disney. However during the week you will deal with traffic, so be prepared for back ups. House was clean, and in a nice gated community. Had some hiccups due to some spa issues. Was thinking it would be more of a hot tub, but was a little cooler. With the weather being in the 80’s the spa and pool were nice. For the most part communication was good.

No heat the first 2 nights and was freezing in floriday, one shower head and one bath tub did not work/hot tub did not heat up and was not enough hot water for multiple showers. After 1 shower, it was gone. I realize it was unusually cold but was a struggle to enjoy when trying to stay warm. Host did send maintenance and they tried to fix but did not happen immediately.

Everything was so clean and beautiful! From the welcome basket, the pool, and the gorgeous pond view, we couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay on our vacation. Our host was very responsive to messages and answered all our questions SO fast!
