Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
1. Quiet hours / no party between 10pm and 7am. 2. Recommend signing out all your TV (Roku/youtube etc.) accounts; 3. Return the key to the lockbox and unscramble the code;
3. Take out the trash, tie up, and dump it in the trash bin numbered "2" in the backyard;
4. Gather used towels and put them in the laundry basket 5. Load used dinning wares (plates, bowls, and utensils) in the dishwasher, put in dish detergent, and run the dishwasher
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets must be house trained (no pee or poop inside house, or bite furniture), subject to owner's approval based on breed, weight, age, length of stay
Guest shall not make any copy of the keys to the property
Guest and any members of guest's household, other persons under guest's control shall not engage in or permit any illegal drug-related activity

We were i town for a 3 day sporting event at Line Road Sports Complex. The cozy 3-bedroom house was fantastic. The hosts are very accommodating and the house was very comfortable. It was also only a 10 minute drive to the Line Road Sports Complex....Very Convenient.

The property was clean and comfortable. It’s an older home but very well maintained. You are in closer quarters but the living space was comfortable for 5 adults. We had a 1 year old with us and it’s very safe in the sense you don’t have to worry about stairs - maybe just some home doctor in arms reach that we needed to move.
