Welcome to this perfectly located home in a quiet neighborhood of West Chester with an open floor plan for you to enjoy your time together. Situated conveniently between Exton and West Chester you have access to big box stores and shopping as well as the quaint borough of West Chester. This place is so convenient to Route 30, 202, West Chester Pike, and the train station at Exton.

Enjoy safe outdoor space at the house, watch the deer from the front porch, or have fun in the park out back. The fenced backyard opens directly to the park with a baseball field, basketball hoop, area for safe bike riding, and jungle-gym equipment to enjoy.

Travel easily to Downingtown, King of Prussia, Malvern, Wayne, and more. Visit the borough of West Chester, so you can enjoy all it has to offer...coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and nightlife! Then return back to tranquillity!

Comfy, clean, close to everything

Property is nice and cute. Quick food deliveries from posh eateries and great Ubers to nearby spots. Property manager very kind and accommodating.

House was clean and everything worked. My only negative comment is that there was no cooking oil or condiments to give us a head start. Everything was very comfortable.

Host helped us in shifting situation

We appreciated the Host working with us . This was for a family gathering due to sudden death/ funeral. I was able to communicate well with David and he worked with us as we tried to coordinate family members plans .

Beautiful location!

Very clean and cozy home with a lovely view, quiet neighborhood and a perfect porch for sipping morning coffee. Great space for families. Private access to small park with play area.

Great Home

This property is awesome especially the owner. Our stay was smooth and great. We would recommend our friends and family to stay there. David the owner stayed in communication with me the whole time, he even accommodated our early arrival. Thank you David for sharing your home with us.

Comfortable House

The house was very clean and well decorated with attention to comfort. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible to both Exton and West Chester. We enjoyed our extended stay very much.

Property was clean and as advertised. Some of the furniture looked worn, but was all fine. No issues. Fit the bill for us.

Perfect house in a wonderful neighborhood

The house had plenty of room for our small family to spread out, and the open living/dining room with kitchen were a great place to gather. The property was clean and stocked well. The back yard with a gate leading to a neighborhood park was a great surprise for our one-year-old. There were plenty of clean toys and kids books tucked away that helped make entertaining our little guy a lot easier. It was clear that a lot of thought was given to family comfort.

Enjoyable Stay

We stayed the weekend in this location and found the proximity to West Chester’s main area to be the highlight of the property. It was a very simple 8-10 minute Uber ride in, so that was very convenient when you don’t want to be driving. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and has all of the amenities you need. I was a little put off initially when the property management asked for names of all who would be there, and I found some of the fees that they list in the welcome packet to be outrageous. However, we experienced no issues, and I’d recommend this property to others looking to stay in and around West Chester.

Born and raised in the area I am filled with information on all of the surrounding things to do! I love being able to provide a more home-like experience for those folks who are traveling. I love to travel myself and so it is near and dear to my heart to have a great way of experiencing areas from a more "local" perspective.

It is so conveniently located in between West Chester & Exton in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of big box shopping, dining, etc. in Exton along with all of the quaint restaurants, bars, and shops of the West Chester Borough. King of Prussia is also just 15-20 minutes away and the exton train station just 5 minutes down the road.

It has a great open floor plan on the entire 1st floor as well as two bedrooms on the 1st floor for anyone with issues with the steps. It has a full bathroom on the 1st and 2nd floor. The park backs up to the house which is extremely convenient and nice to get some fresh air!
