Stylish Historic Retreat in West Chester Borough! Chic 2,000 sq. ft., 1860-built gem stands among the earliest homes constructed in the West Chester Borough.

Perfect for families, friends, and pets, it features 5 beds (king, queen, trundle, pullout sofa). The home spans three floors and offers a modern, comfortable stay just steps from downtown restaurants, shops, and attractions. Enjoy a no-step first-floor bath, fully equipped kitchen with espresso/coffee machines, A/C-heat, laundry, and 2 off street parking spots on site. It’s a 10-min walk to West Chester University, 3 min to restaurants/Bars.

The house was beautiful. Everything was clean and easy to use. It is also very well insulated. Part of our stay included two very cold and snowy days. We were all very comfortable in the house. Mike was a pleasure to communicate with and always reachable. Due to the weather at the end of our stay. Half of the family's flights were canceled. Mike made extending our stay quick and easy and one less thing to stress over. Thank you, Mike! The location of the house was also perfect. Close to multiple food options and stores. Definitely a house I would recommend and would love to return to

Our host (Mike) was terrific (he responded to each of our texts within minutes)!! He provided us with great info regarding the property, as well as some awesome places to eat in West Chester (within walking distance of his property). The house itself was perfect…Great kitchen and family room, as well as three bedrooms (and 2 great bathrooms). The neighborhood is quaint & really cool at the same time (2 blocks to restaurants, and West Chester University is a 5-10 minute walk). If you’re heading to West Chester & looking to take in the downtown vibe, this is the perfect house & location. Thank you Mike for being an awesome host. Mike & Marianne (Raleigh NC)

Clean rooms, centrally located in downtown West Chester. Plenty of space. There are multiple flights of stairs with two bedrooms on a third floor. Washer and dryer on site. The bathrooms are huge. For a vacation rental there is a lot of wasted space. They could probably put a couple of extra bedrooms with a remodel but we're happy with what it was it was perfect for our group size.
