Lake Winnisquam Rental Cabin

The cottage is a seasonal rental beginning mid- May through mid - October.
The cottage is part of a Condominium Association formerly Phillips House Condo Association. This cottage is a well kept 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom summer vacation rental. It is perfect for families or small group looking for a relaxing time in New Hampshire's Lakes Region. The cottage comfortably sleeps 7 offering 1800 square feet of living space. The cottage has a large screened in porch with a lovely view of Lake Winnisquam and a large kitchen with full size appliances. Bed sheets and towels are not included but mattress pads, duvet covers and blankets are supplied. The cottage is part of a private condo association and requires no guest visit other than those on the reservation (strictly enforced). The cottage is nestled on 9 acres of common space directly on the shores of the lake. It is on the last cove of Lake Winnisquam so it is quiet with not a lot of boating in the cove other than from those that live on the cove so it is perfect for swimming. We have a dock that can accommodate 4 boats but it is shared with the other condo cottages on the property (7 other cabins). We have the potential to reserve one slip per cottage weekly if not previously booked by another cottage. Day moorings are available but again it needs to be scheduled in advance. Needless to say it is first booking first served. The property is secluded off of Route 3 so it is quiet and relaxing. There is a lot of activities to do in the NH Lakes region aside from playing at the lake. Come check us out! If you Google Street View - you will see the access road down to the cottages # 8 is at the base of the access road closest to the lake. The cottage colors are grey and red, If you look down you will see hints of them.. Cottage 8 is closest to the Lake. Come and enjoy, once you rent, you will want to come back every year to recreate the fun and family bonding that happens. It is transforming and a relationship building vacation.
