Great stay @ Lake Winnisquam

This is our forth year staying @ the Conlon’s lake house. They have everything we need for a comfortable stay. They are dog friendly and our dog absolutely loves it there. My daughter and her fiancé came up with their dog and she was hooked too! Good location, quiet, well kept house. Communication is always easy with Donna. They have recently done some upgrades to the house and deck that look great. Can’t wait to go back again next year.

Relaxing

Enjoyed our stay,it was very clean and quiet. Owners Donna and Patrick are very quick returning any messages on questions you might have. Had a great time and would definitely come back again.

Perfect Vacation Spot

Feels far away, but close to everything you need. The house is comfortable and the lake view/access is abosolutely perfect.

a little slice of heaven

If you are looking for a place to spend time just doing nothing and thoroughly enjoying it--try this home. We rode our motorcycle around on the nice days, and enjoyed the rain on the rainy days. Great location, house is thoroughly stocked for everything you will need, wonderful owner and nice neighbors too.

Great stay In Sanbornton

This is the 3rd year in a row we have rented this cottage from the Conlon’s. They are the best hosts and the place has everything you need for a cozy stay. The little beach and dock are great. They have canoes and a fire pit and a dock. We look forward to this w/e every year. We say this is our dog’s favorite place on earth!

Great

our first time staying here couldn’t ask for anything better. Went during Laconia bike week. Nice and close pictures accurate the owners were wonderful to work with. We got to bring our dog very quiet, relaxing room for our motorcycle trailer definitely rent again.

Awesome private house on water

I am a repeat guest. This cozy house is welcoming and clean. No drama. Everything is where it needs to be. New fridge, dishwasher, rugs.The house has an enclosed porch with comfortable chairs. Living room/kitchen area has a good heating system if needed. Very quiet. You have access to your own little beach and dock and large backyard. Wifi is strong. Cell phones work. Owner is always available. A little oasis on Lake Winnesquam just minutes from Winnesquam Country Store, Weirs Beach, Meredith Center!

We loved it!

We stayed for a week in June of 2022. The pictures and description of this property were all accurate. Meaning we had no surprises. It is nicely equipped and family friendly. My granddaughters loved the swings and slide and all the toys and books on the inside. We enjoyed kayaking. Would definitely recommend and hope to rent again next summer.

Bike Week

Very lovely setting. Everything was as advertised. Owner was quick to respond to inquiries. Only Con I can mention is the owners requirement that the renter must strip the beds, wash, dry, fold and vacuum the entire house before leaving. If it wasn't for our party leaving at separate times, there would be no way all that could be done. Isn't this what a cleaning fee is for?

Great spot for the family

Had a great couple of day getaway on the lake - perfect place for kids, our 2 & 1/2 year-old had a blast! Flat grassy yard to play in, easy and shallow access into the water, tons of toys and kids books. She was exhausted and out like a light both nights! Our 12 year old lab also appreciated the shallow water entrance and was able to enjoy some low-impact swim time (followed by monster naps under the tree). House/property were just like the pictures.

Such a great place on the lake

This was our 2nd time staying here. Donna’s place has a great location right on the water with a small beach and a dock. The house has everything we needed, a well stocked kitchen, and a charcoal bbq grill for outside. The bed was comfortable and there is a washer/dryer. This is our dog’s favorite place on earth! She just loves it here as do we. Donna is so responsive if you need anything and the place is very clean. Can’t wait to go back again next year.

Wonderful late summer get away! Less crowds!

This is my 2nd time @ this house & the owner is excellent & returns messages quickly. The house is really welcoming, comfortable & has alot of everything you need & is dog friendly. It is also an easier house for the mobility challenged, like me. I would like to see the 2 stairs removed & a little decent path w/o stairs to the house made, so you load the cart & are done once to the house! The view is amazing, but be aware the water is only about hip high. The washer/Dryer are smaller stackable unit, so I just bring my own bedding, but it is all there! Owner just upgraded the outside table, so it seats more. There is a nice table in the sunroom as well. The pix's online are accurate. Some of the delivery services & instacart do deliver to the house. You are pretty close to all of Laconia things & the Mount & Squam Lake/On Golden Pond stuff. I must say the Shooters Restaurant down the road is a great place & the food was good & my food was ready for takeout upon my arrival. I & the dog will be back next fall to enjoy this wonderful house the owner has made!

Another memory making stay for our family!

Our expectations were beat with our amazing stay at this lake front property yet again. Donna goes above and beyond to make sure we would have everything needed both before our arrival and during our stay. This property checks all the boxes for us and always has us looking forward to returning, Can’t wait to be back again next year!

Awesome lakeside vacation spot

Very nice home with easy access to the lake,while we brought a good chunk of items with us it was not necessary as all of the basics other then meals were there in the house.very clean and our blind Border Collie easily adapted to his new surroundings and had a blast swimming in the lake

Everything you need in a lake house

Our stay was fantastic from the moment we booked the property. Donna was great, setup the crib for our little guy, left the dog bowls out for our pups, and was genuine and honest. The house was great, just big enough but not overwhelming, and the location, with the best sandbar on the lake right off your deck. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and could not recommend this place anymore. 6 stars if I could!

A wonderful Winnisquam lake front cottage

The cottage is a wonderful welcoming lakefront cottage in a great area & close to many Lake(s) attractions. The cottage has a well equipped kitchen. There were many kids games, puzzles & books to read on the sun porch or outside. House has bowls for your dog. We had a wonderful girls birthday getaway, lake water chair sitting with a cool beverage! We really enjoyed ourselves with watching all the wildlife making there way through the yard or the little minnows & ducks in the water! Owner was great with instructions & beyond. It was a great quick throughly enjoyable getaway to Winnisquam cottage.

Great place right on the lake!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this house was! Our dog has never been happier to wake up to a lake and small beachfront. There were kayaks, a canoe and a great fire pit right in the back yard. Inside was comfortable with 2 BR’s and kitchen had all we could ask for. Took us a while to figure out the charcoal grill as we are use to gas but it worked out just fine. Already rented this place again for next year. The Conlon’s are wonderful hosts.

An amazing getaway

We had the best time!! The property is amazing, we had so much fun hanging out outside, and loved being able to use the kayaks and rowboat! It was an awesome weekend!
