Ken was awesome! I dont know if I've encountered a better host. The property was perfect for the 6 of us and our 2 small dogs. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for us to all have our own space. The outside just added to our experience. The grill made for a perfect BBQ experience and since Florida's weather was unpredictable we even got to use the fire pit. We are already talking about our next trip!

The host was very accomidating and let us chrck in early, which was very nice and made our vacation that much more comfortable. The house was very clean and had so many amenities that werent even mentioned in the listing. There was a kennel and dog bowls for your dog if needed (we didnt need it but it was a nice touch) there was highchairs and strollers, pool toys and lots of seating both inside and out. The fenced in backyard was nice for privacy my family stayed two days and we would absolutely stay here again.

It’s a quiet, low‑traffic neighborhood beloved for its green, shady streets, and favored by people who walk dogs or enjoy light gardening. Quiet and reserved residential character—yet near enough to major roads for beach trips or shopping runs. Within minutes of Melbourne’s downtown, airports, shops, dining, and the Indian River Lagoon with easy access to area beaches via the Eau Gallie Causeway.

The property is cozy and relaxed, but modern in layout and amenity. Its location is central to the most wonderful things central Florida has to offer. The lovely neighborhood the property is nestled in is lovely and growing. There is a heated pool that is lovely to enjoy year around and the property can sleep 10+ comfortably so it makes for a flexible hosting ground for family celebrations and needs of all kinds!
