Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take out trash receptacles for Tuesday pickup and bring back to house.
Close all windows & shades and return AC/Heat to 78 degrees.
Please do not leave wet towels on the floor. Place in laundry baskets.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
