Situated in the middle of 112 acres is the renovated 3300 sf house, with fenced pastures, surrounded by forest. No neighbors in sight. Bring your horses, 4x4's, boat to enjoy your stay at this beautiful farm just 16 minutes from a public boat ramp on Watts Bar Lake. Plenty of room for your group, with 4 bedrooms each with 50" TV's, a game room with TV, and a 75" TV with comfortable seating in the living room. You'll always remember your time at this unique place to stay.

House was very nice, rooms and sizes were great. The property is not far from Athens around a 20min drive. The wild life around the property was very nice. The covered porches were great for sitting outside in the day time especially the evening.
