Excellent response time to questions from host. On line photos accurately represent property. Condo was clean and tastefully decorated. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked… appreciated the k-cups and keurig coffee maker. There are places to eat within walking distance… only a few minutes. The beach is just across a two lane 25 mph street, and the sunsets do not disappoint, they are spectacular!

Alison, we have left your unit. Thank you for the accommodations. Enjoyed the beach theme in the unit.If I may, I have a couple suggestions. Leave instructions on how to operate the TV. We could never get the standard NBC, ABC or CBS. There were times it asked for passwords. There was a password for Xfinity, but did not work. The kitchen supplies appeared that someone went to a second hand store and grabbed a hodgepodge of pots, pans and dishes. No offense intended. The bedroom furniture appears to be very well used. I would encourage brighter lighting or bulbs throughout. The bed coverings were way too warm. It was either sweat or be to cool using the sheet.I refurbish and remodel properties; it appears you unit was done on a small budget. There is a tool that will bring together the gaps in the flooring.Hope this is taken constructively.Blessings and best wishes,Jerry

Perfect location in Birch Bay, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and ocean view. Really clean and nicely remodeled. Comfy and enjoyable. The outside of the building and the shared amenities (pool, hot tub, game room) are dated and a little rundown but the inside of the condo makes up for it.

Everything was awesome view was the best . Honestly couldnt get any closer to the beach. Floor seemed new a little slick at the bottom of the stairs. I just moved the kitchen mat over and fixed!! Will try and return for a summer trip next year . Oh description didnt give it enough credit. Very nice. Parking pretty compacted.

Clean condo with amazing view and beach access! Beds are comfortable. Kids loved use of the indoor pool. Listed as 1.5 bath but actually only 1 bathroom. Otherwise totally amazing and will be back!!

Great condo, sunset right in front of our room, clean. The building is dated but they are working on that. Girls weekend for us, restaurant, right close by and a coffee shop. Room decor was great!

Place is nice and to sit outside is awesome.I suggest an owner to add some toys, games and puzzles for family. Maybe books for young ages.
