Amplia casa de playa de 5 dormitorios con 4 baños completos y 1 medio. Esta casa tendrá capacidad para 16. Fácil de caminar a la playa! Ubicado a ½ milla al sur del muelle Surfside, hay maravillosos restaurantes y bares, y 2 millas al norte del muelle de Garden City, con una gran sala de juegos y pesca disponibles. We enjoyed our stay in Surfside Beach. The house was close enough to the beach access that we didn’t use our golf cart to get there. It was nice having a wagon to load all the beach gear in. The backyard was amazing- perfect setup for entertaining. And it was so nice that the owners provided beach towels- made more room in our suitcases for other stuff! We also enjoyed having an extra fridge outside for drinks. It was too hot to use the firepit but it was a very nice setup. Only wish there was a half bath on the lower level! The house was clean and ready when stated. Overall

Great location!

We had the best time! Beach is so close- no need for a golf cart. Pool and hot tub were wonderful too. They have beach chairs, beach toys, etc so that was helpful.

Had a really nice stay in Surfside. The house had more than enough space for our group of 9 adults. Only 1/2 block from the oceanfront properties. Two minute walk to be literally in the ocean. Tons of activities for young and old within a 30 minute drive. If you plan to eat out, avoid the typical busy times. Restaurant waits will be very long after 5pm. Some of the beach gear at the house needs to be replaced, but nothing unexpected when exposing stuff to salt water. Owners are extremely responsive and were willing to replace anything we needed. We had a problem with a ceiling fan one night, and they had it replaced the next morning. Pool and hot tub are well maintained. We saw the pool guy twice during our stay. The unit is a duplex, so you do have a shared wall. There was a family staying in the adjacent unit while we were there, and we didn't find it to be a problem at all. Overall, a great place for a couple families on vacation together.

Wonderful Oasis

This rental house was everything I had hoped for. Fully equipped, very clean, sparkling pool, just steps from the beach. My entire family thoroughly enjoyed the whole week. We are already working on plans for our next vacation at this beautiful house in Surfside Beach.

Amazing Stay

This pretty exceeded our expectations. Everything was great. Kay thought of everything and then more to make our stay exceptional. The pool and hot tub were both hits. The rooms were all perfect for our needs. The beach was soooo close. Being sheltered from the ocean wind was a bonus as well. The kitchen was more than adequately equipped. Loved our stay!

Golf Vacation

Beautiful home located within steps of the beach. Well appointed home with everything you’ll need for your vacation. We are four older gentleman who travel each year down to Myrtle Beach for a week of golf. This year we decided to try Surfside Beach and we're not disappointed. This home has 5 bedrooms and 41/2 baths, open concept living room and kitchen. Very nice heated swimming pool and a hot tub that we used each day. The host was extremely helpful and stayed in contact with us to make sure our vacation went well. Would highly recommend this home and using this Host. Will definitely be looking at this area again next year.

Our family had a great stay in Myrtle Beach and this property met all our needs. The close proximity to the beach allowed for several visits. And many hours were spent in the pool. We would stay here again in the future.

Awesome!!

We unfortunately were not blessed with nice weather during our stay (Tropical storm Debby-Downer) however the pool and hot tub amenities in the back yard made our stay bearable despite the weather. We had two familes of 5 (4 adults / 6 kids )

Wonderful house in a great location

A great house in a great location. The house was very clean and well furnished, the pool was heated and the backyard area is great. The shed had chairs, a beach wagon, and sand play items. There is a fire pit and a grill. The beach is just a block away with access at the end of the street, and there is a very nice playground a few blocks up the road the other way. The location is great, many restaurants and beach stores nearby and the food lion grocery store is right at the end of the street. The owner was very responsive and check in/out was easy. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Myrtle beach.

Surfside Beach

Our family of 6 adults and 4 grandkids, ages 7,5,5, and 2, had a wonderful vacation. The home provided everything we wanted and needed. The pool and outdoor area were perfect for relaxation and meal preparation. Beach access was just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

Family retirement trip

Half of our seniors softball team stayed here for a week and had a great time. The owners were great. The place was as advertised, clean, spacious, good value and a super location. We hope to return next year.

Amazing

I booked this house for my family vacation. It was a Christmas gift for my three children, their spouses and children. Eleven of us total. The house was perfect. Clean, well stocked and excellent location. Close to the beach and gated children’s playground. The backyard is perfect fenced for privacy and safety. Pool was heated and warm 88’f. Hot tub clean and very relaxing. I would highly recommend this house to anyone for a Myrtle beach vacation.

Check in was terrible. Didn’t receive a code to the property. I tried contacting the host at 3:30 on day of check in by messaging, Facebook and phone. Host didn’t respond until 5:30 day of check in and stated she was on vacation in a remote area and wasn’t getting any messages. The ages of my family ranged from 2 years to 87 and that was a true hardship on my family. I had groceries that needed to get into the freezer and refrigerator. The hair dryer in the one bedroom didn’t work, it took hours for clothes to dry in the dryer. There was food left behind in the one bedrooms. The coffee pot was inadequate for the amount of people that house could hold. The house could hold 16 people the coffee pot made 5 cups at a time.

Really great place to stay!!

This property is everything it says it is and more! It was so spacious for my entire family (6 adults, 3 children). I swear it was a half block to the beach and having beach chairs, toys, towels, etc made it so much easier. Such a quiet town and just overall beautiful! Would be more than happy to stay here again!!! The only improvements that we could recommend would be: get a bigger coffee pot and maybe a smaller Keurig - the 5 cup small coffee pot made making coffee a chore. We also were unable to turn the fan on in the upstairs king master room because it was very loud and seemed unstable (might need tightened or replaced). There were so many beach items and toys but there didn’t seem to be a lot of pool toys. Thank you so much for sharing such a beautiful home with us!!!

Great vacation!

The property is excellent, and the room inside the home is more spacious than the pictures give it credit for. The main floor kitchen and living room area accommodated all nine of us nicely, with room to spare. The WiFi handled the load of five kids streaming videos and four adults checking up on emails occasionally. We rented a golf cart for the week, but if you are doing so for transport to the beach, don't bother; you're too close. Last but not least, the house is stocked with almost every appliance you will ever need, and the garage has so much beach equipment we could have come with just the clothes on our backs. Kay was great to work with and let us know she was available should we need ANYTHING. It's a fantastic house and a great vacation; I highly recommend it.

Myrtle Beach 2023

The house and property were great, very clean, loved the set up of the backyard with the lights. All the reviews of the property and the house were on point. We had a great time the whole week we were there between the pool the beach and the hot tub. Everything was wonderful a lot of great memories made.

This was our favorite spot so far to have a family vacation - the Beach house was located 5 minutes from Surfside Beach. We really enjoyed the outdoor area which included a pool, hot tub, fire pit and numerous sitting areas in the sun or shade. The shed was full of extra beach umbrellas, beach chairs, sand toys, and a beach wagon. The house had comfortable living room furniture and enough areas to eat. The kitchen had plenty of cookware, dishware, and utensils - all of the appliances worked great! We really liked the location because we were so close to the beach, restaurants, mini golf, grocery stores, and shopping areas. I am giving a huge shout out to the property management because they were always very helpful and prompt with their reponses.

Enjoyable Week

Our family (including 3 children, spouses, and 4 grandchildren) had a great week. It was very comfortable for our group of 12 and had all of the amenities we needed. Kay was very responsive to all of our questions before and during our stay. Great location in quiet neighborhood and short walk to beach. Our only very minor issue and recommendation would be to have a bigger coffee maker for a large group of people. Thanks.

My husband and I are both retired Air Force and we were drawn to the area by way of the Myrtle Beach Air Force base. We have a love for the salt life and look forward to retiring permanently to Surfside.

We love the properties Windswept and Backyard Oasis and have created our own brand that we named Windswept Beach Rentals. The homes are spacious and well designed. They are very close to the beach so we can still hear the ocean when relaxing in the backyard. The individual backyards are very large and private compared to the majority of the homes in the area. We looked at several homes that were single standing, but we found the yards to be small and the pools even smaller. We also noticed that even though it was a single home there were many more homes close together that peered over the backyard.
